Overall, it's a decent experience. They are pretty accommodating, super friendly, and do their best to make it a safe environment for everyone. Miss Savannah is awesome. The staff works very hard to keep everything clean and operating smoothly. My favorite staff member here is Mr. Joshua. He goes above and beyond when it comes to his job, and no matter what, he's always in a good mood. The good vibes that radiate from him are so contagious that you can't help but to laugh and smile. He definitely makes it feel homey.

This specific location is amazing. I couldn't ask for a better place to live while I look for a house to rent. They are very accommodating,willing to work with you and very clean. They have amazing staff as well. Every person that works here that I have converted with has been so friendly and nice and always has the up most respect. Josh the maintenance man is always available when you need him too. Honestly he is a huge asset to this facility and community. And the front desk is always available during there open hrs. I def will recommend this ESA to others as well. My home away from home.!

I have been staying here for several months awaiting apartment availability and the front desk staff is friendly and efficient. The maintenance that was here in the beginning of my stay left a lot to be desired, however the current technician, Josh, goes above and beyond. He is always busy even when not working in individual rooms. He keeps the grounds around the hotel extremely clean. Thank you for making my stay more comfortable, Josh!

We made a reservation through the hotel's own website. When we arrived, we waited for ten minutes for someone to show up at the front desk. After a long check-in process, we were informed they wouldn't be checking us in after all. The room hadn't been cleaned. After a long day driving with two elementary-aged children and a very long wait on the glacially slow check-in process, we had to find another hotel on the fly. I think we finally got into a room elsewhere at 9:30 pm. It was probably as well, since the fire alarm panel seemed to be malfunctioning--it kept sounding a trouble alarm as we waited. I do prefer to stay at hotels with functional fire alarm systems. Zero out of ten, do not recommend under any circumstances.

Can’t express the amazing service team they have here. I stayed for a few weeks to a month and didn’t have a bad experience through my entire duration. The AC in my room started being silly and the same moment I mentioned it to the front desk Joshua immediately came to help, I ended up switching rooms to one I got to see that suited me and from there just a continued friendly clean respectable secure stay. Shout out to Joshua and Savannah but the gentlemen at the front desk at night is also deserving of a shout out for his helpfulness and professionalism. They include asking if you need any housekeeping while you stay which isn’t common at every extended stay. Good prices. Would highly recommend and already have! Thanks again new friends :)

My stay here has been fairly decent compared to other locations. The staff here are extremely helpful. Josh in maintenance is very friendly and quick to help. He is definitely an asset.

It was our first time at this place, I honestly will not return there. According to the review before me in which it has been a month ago, the roaches situation has not yet been resolved, Because a few days ago I stayed there and had the same issues roaches in kitchen area and roaches in bathroom including bath tub. I advise look elsewhere. I must add a positive note the person at front desk or should I say window was great! He showed kindness, willing to walk the extra mile.

Came to check in at 3pm, the girl at the desk told me that the room wasn’t clean that it would be another 40 mins. Waited 45 mins to go back in and her tell me that the room was still not finished. That it would be another 10 mins due to the fridge still needing to be cleaned. Left and came back 20 mins later and no one’s even at the desk. I’ve never had this issues here but just because of this I might not return.
