Extended Stay America Select Suites - Fayetteville - I-49 - Extended stay hotel in Fayetteville - 2638 W Old Farmington Rd, USA

Given the substantially lower price for this facility, I would have been very pleased with the friendly and helpful staff, comfortable bed, hot shower, and parking IF the refrigerator had worked. I brought five days worth of meals with me because of my special diet, and the full refrigerator was the main draw (along with good price). It took me a day to realize it was not cooling (my food began to spoil), and the office was closed when I left (before 9 a.m) in the morning and returned (after 5 p.m.) at night. I was so busy during the day that it was easier for me to buy ice to add to my cooler for the short stay. However, this created extra work and problems (the time to get the ice; the extra weight of the cooler) and the absence of a working refrigerator was unforgivable, to my mind.

I checked in at 3:30pm and received terrible service while the two people at the front desk fought with one another. I received my key and went up to my room and dropped off my stuff. I noticed there were no towels. I had business to get to and had to leave the room in a hurry and figured I'd talk with the front desk when I returned. Four hours later I receive a phone call from the hotel letting me know that I had been placed in a room that had been cleaned and they apologized. They told me that if I could return to the hotel before the front desk closed at 10pm that they would help me. I arrived at 10:06, it took forever for the night person to be paged. I was informed that I would have to change rooms to a different floor. At this point I was completely exhausted and all I wanted was a bath and sleep. The service was terrible. There was a paltry attempt at an apology, but no offer to assist me in moving my stuff. Instead I was informed that I didn't have to move all my things that evening. I am checking out very early--why would I want to have to collect my things from two different floors. I had a cat with me. It would have been very simple to have offered to assist me in moving my items. Instead, I was offered nothing but incredibly poor service. I will never stay here again. I do not recommend anyone stay here either. If this is the service that Extended Stay America - Fayetteville. offers than I am shocked they stay in business. It is FAR overpriced based on the quality you receive. The beds are extremely uncomfortable. The staff were unfriendly and indignant. This was by far my worst hotel experience. There were cockroaches in the hall. Staff is rude. Stay far away.

I will NEVER stay at another Extended Stay! Who gives you a room with a kitchen(ette) but gives you nothing to cook with or eat with?? Not even a glass to drink from. When I asked I was told they would SELL me the items I needed!! Hell no. Then my microwave stopped working! When I complained it did not get fixed. I wanted to trade my towels in before the two week room cleaning and I was told there would be a fee. Seriously???? I understand to cheapness of the hotel price because they charge for every little service you need for a long term stay. I roughed it for two weeks due to no other rooms being available because of work but NEVER EVER again.

Positive: The location was perfect for my needs. The size of the room was perfect. The accessibility features for very good, and the bed was very comfortable. The room for the most part was clean and comfortable. Negative: The floor was a little on the dirty side. It has a flat vinyl floor and I think they tried to mop too many rooms with the same water and they don¿t get it clean. It has a kitchenette, but absolutely no cookware no plates no glasses no silverware. Negative: ""

My husband and I have been staying here since early January and we’ve had nothing but a positive experience. The staff has been kind and accommodating and our needs have been fully met. Matthew has been wonderful and we wouldn’t change a thing.

I just left this hotel, and some young kid or young man working there was extremely rude to me, accuse me of being seen around the property and asked me to exit the building because he thought he had seen me around the property when I am traveling from Louisiana to Minnesota for my nursing job. I felt very disrespected and I felt like he was very inappropriate when he asked me to exit the building because he assumed I was somebody I’m not. They have horrible customer service and he needs to be dealt with on a professional level and find another job. . Has no communication skills and is just extremely inappropriate in front of other guest as well. Embarrassed them too.

Positive: I didn't like it at all Negative: The room was full of roaches the refrigerator was not clean the toilet had pee stains all over the seat and the hall of the hotel smelled of strong piss

Me and my family stayed here while on vacation. The staff went above and beyond for us. Jessica at the front desk greeted us with a smile and helped accommodate us in everyway she could. I would highly recommend this place to stay.
