It’s a quiet short stay I didn’t expect the area to be so peaceful . There’s a lovely skate park across the street that my kids loved. Very comfortable rooms as well, and the front desk receptionist Chauncey, who went above and beyond to accommodate my family to ensure we had a pleasant stay!

Great hotel for the short time I stayed there. Room was clean, hallways were clean, not noisy at all, and was able to sleep peacefully. Wonderful staff, kudos to Lisa and Denise for making me feel welcome. Very professional and polite.

I want to say thank you to Lisa for making herself available to accommodate me with being able to make my room payment earlier than the office hours due to our communication the day before. I really appreciate her working with my schedule to make the experience easy. Thank you, Lisa! 🤗

Staff are nice but the building and rooms. Horrible. Disgusting. Moldy. Sheets not clean, dog prints on them, sex toys under the mattress, mood in microwave. I’ll share pics check em out

Great extended stay location great management there professionalism shines through with all my interactions with them. The hotel has a quiet and laidback atmosphere. They have some great discounts online so take advantage of them Rowan st park is about five minute walk across the street ,down town is about 15 mins walk there’s lots of things you can do close by if you don’t feel like driving if you need a a clean affordable place to stay from a night to months you can’t go wrong here

We got to the room after several drives around the block as it's very confusing to get to the hotel. We got there and for being a hotel their was no coffee maker, no soap, shampoo no extra blanket and after being there for two days I needed a fresh set of towels and the desk clerk told me they don't provide fresh linen unless I brought the dirty stuff down and paid an extra price to get fresh clean wash clothes and towels. The entire floor and room smelled of cigg smoke and was so loud we didn't sle see p well for the two nights we were there. We went to check out in the morning and no one was around go hand the k rd ys in too so we had to shove them under the screen. We wanted to go outside for my husband to smoke and no bench to sit at. For $218.00 we at least expected to get a cup of coffee provided in the morning. I will never stay at this franchise again, I see o u ld rather stay in my car.

The front desk staff particularly Lisa was great and willing to go the extra mile for guests, we were paying weekly and were short $61 instead of kicking us out they gave me till Friday to pay. Most places do not do that we were very blessed and Grateful.

The room had dead bugs on the floor. It smelled like an old ashtray. The lock on the door was difficult to open when entering the room. It always took multiple tries. Trying to get service at the front desk was difficult. It was closed in the mornings. Lord help you if your key didn’t work. You will wait a very long time. The phone in the lobby says that the posted number is not a valid extension. Police were frequent visitors due to domestic situations. It was difficult to sleep at night because of fighting in the hallways. I will never stay at an Extended Stay America again if I can avoid it. It was awful
