If this review was solely based on interactions and the help of Billy I would rate service and professionalism a 5. Unfortunately 2 days of random interactions with an employee who when asked for her name refused to take an incident/accident report and told me "We don't do that here" after I slipped and injured myself in a bathtub with an unlevel floor which led to my feet slipping out from under me and taking the side of the tub to the ribs and hitting my head on the toilet on the way down, pointed to her badge and said"clearly it's Anna!", and refused to give the number or website so I could contact the corporate office. So I walked outside and and contacted my credit card company who intern called the office and was told by the same Anna that no one had reported an accident or came in to. After taking my detailed report the CC representative called back and spoke with Billy( the manager) and was told that he would take the report and note the account. I guess they just took the report of what the CC representative said because 22 hours have passed and I've yet to hear from Extended Stay Suites to take my report. As far as cleanliness and state of the room, the bed looked clean, the freezer part of the fridge looks like it had caught fire previously and repaired not replaced and the floors in the bathroom were not too clean as you can see from the towel after I cleaned up the water on the floor after I fell. And the sink was clogged and took a substantial amount of time to drain. If I could post the videos I took here I would. I understand this isn't a 5-star hotel but I was just looking for something clean and safe for a couple of days so I could be close to Fort Logan National Cemetery for my father's funeral. After dealing with Anna and spending 8 hours in the hospital I can honestly say that was not the case. To add to it I was put on the 3rd floor and wasn't told that the elevator was not working until after checking in and signing paperwork stating everything was nonrefundable. I will not stay here again or recommend anyone I care about does either.

I always stay here almost every weekend with my son and Billy and all the rest of the staff are great they are very friendly and I never have any problems staying here the rooms are always clean and beds are comfortable it’s also right next to a lot of places to eat as well in walking distance I will be continuing to stay here with my son as much as I can 10/10 service. Would definitely recommend if you’re looking to stay for a couple nights. Billy is really cool as well he always is super nice when I go in and as well as Katlin or Kaylee I forget her name but she is also very nice as well

The staff is super friendly and helpful! My room was on the 3rd floor, which is very clean and quiet, with full kitchenette. Bed was cozy. It’s conveniently located near plenty of dining and small markets; so I was able to grab a bite within minutes of becoming hungry. I have no complaints. I stayed for 6 nights on business, and I’ll be back next time I’m in town!

Rooms are disgusting. Roach & bed bug infested. Walls are paper thin. Employees are rude they do drugs and steal from the guests. My room was missing dresser drawers, there was blood on the walls and I paid for a king room but got a disgusting room with a queen-sized bed. Save your money. Do not go here. Seriously, you're much safer and better off sleeping in your car. I thought I might catch a disease from how Nasty my sheets looked

My son and I have been staying at extended stay, for quite a long time. The on site manager Haleigh is not only a great manager ,but at every turn made us feel welcome and appreciated. Her and Billy have gone out of there way to accommodate every request we had .and done things for us that we didn't have to ask .that is true hospitality at its finest. Both Haleigh ,and Billy are outstanding at there job . I have nothing but respect for both of them .they do so much .going out of there way to all guest There staff also dose a great job every day .I have stayed at many different motels ,hotels. The main thing that brings be back is clean rooms and property ,exalent cost .but mostly Billy,and Haleigh they make me feel appreciated And ther outstanding staff ...

I’m giving this hotel 5 stars due to them going above and beyond to help me extend my reservation due to them being sold out. I enjoy staying at this property. The staff are extremely nice and helpful. My daughter and I have slept so peacefully here without any issues!! Thank you so much🙏🏾🙏🏾😌😌

The management staff were kind in letting me do late check in (around 10:30pm). While I appreciated that, upon entering my room after a long day of travel, I walked in and was honestly pretty shocked. There was an empty roll of toilet paper, what I’m assuming were blood stains on the wall, dog hair caked on with maple syrup(?), dressers were sticky with unknown substances, the headboard had something splattered all down it, a drawer was missing the face of it exposing bolts and the overall cleanliness was very poor. I tried to call and get toilet paper when I got in but was told no one was available and at 11pm after traveling all day, I was not going to the store. The next morning I called again to request a refund and early check out. The “after hours” lady met me at the front desk and seemed a bit put off that I was requesting a refund and early check out. I told her I tried contacting someone when I got in but was told no one was available along with what the issues are, the main one being not even having toilet paper. I asked her if she would pay almost $300 for two nights for those conditions and not even having toilet paper. She replied with, “well I can give you toilet paper”. I told her that was only one of the issues and the cleanliness of the room was not acceptable. She told me she could not refund me for that night but could cancel and that a manager would be there at 10am if I wanted to talk to him. I left the hotel and returned to speak to the manager. The manager was very kind and understanding and gave me a full refund and apologized for the inconvenience and explained there was new management, etc. I appreciate his understanding and for that I did give it another star based on him. I hate leaving a bad review but I also lost a day of my 4 day vacation due to having to change hotels which is frustrating so I feel like this review may help someone else. Again, I appreciate the late check in and refund but the room was not acceptable by any means.

Me and my daughter came into the lobby around 9pm we had a reservation for a 1 week stay. Teresa greeted us with a friendly smile, which was a breath of fresh air, as i was exhausted and it's rare to find happy people working anymore. There's were some issues with the online payment, we had to make a call and redo a few things, but she was so nice and patient and got everything figured out quickly even though she was swamped with phone calls. This is rated a 2 star motel so I wasn't expecting such great customer service but she made a difference in how I felt about staying here. Big deal for me, especially cause I have my kiddo with me.
