I recently had the unfortunate experience of staying at this hotel, and I strongly advise anyone considering it to look elsewhere. In the span of just 24 hours, I was moved to three different rooms, each of which the front desk assured me had been "just cleaned." However, my experience proved otherwise. **Unhygienic Conditions:** Each room was infested with bugs, had visible mold in the vents, and the refrigerator was covered in mold or mildew. Most alarmingly, none of the rooms had clean sheets. The beds, while made, were covered in what appeared to be pubic hair, ear wax, and other disturbing residues. To add insult to injury, I was forced to obtain my own sheets and make my own bed. **Substandard Amenities:** The so-called "breakfast" was nothing more than a granola bar, a far cry from the advertised breakfast. This misrepresentation was disappointing and left me feeling misled. **Unsafe Environment:** The laundry rooms, which should be available for guest use, were instead occupied by squatters and homeless individuals. This not only made the facilities unavailable but also created a sense of insecurity and discomfort. This hotel is a far cry from what it claims to be, and I strongly recommend seeking accommodation elsewhere. Your health, safety, and peace of mind are worth more than what this place offers. WARNING BEFORE YOU BOOK THIS PLACE: 1. if you book for 7 days or more they charge a $100 deposit and they do not accept cash The Wifi does not work at all. 2. they do not serve the complimentary breakfast like normal extended stay america 3.they charge $25 you to use the pots and pans set (which is free at any other extended stay america) 4. they charge $1.75 DAILY to exchange your towels, wash cloths, linens 5. the rooms are filthy,, i have had to change rooms as soon as i open the door. i smelled mold and they have a HUGE Pest problem. 6. the front desk closes at 10pm. they have a 500 number for to call if you need to get in after the close time. no one ever answers or comes down. (other extended stays are 24/7) 7. this place is loud never any quiet or down time. people hangout and walk all over the place not safe. 8. not family or pet friendly (people let their dogs roam around with no leash) 9. there are never any bell carts available 10. the laundromat fee is $3.00 to wash $3.00 to dry OVERALL this place is a not a place to stay if you have a pet or loved one , family, even solo this place is not safe. please look at another extended stay or hotel.

This place is absolutely disgusting. The front desk managers Sophie and the main manager were terrible people, I constantly had to check my print out for things that were charged to me and trying to over charge me. No poop bag for pets and constantly complaining about pets. Workers smoking weed in the building. Rooms so outdated and disgusting. My a/c was broke and never got fixed. Steer clear of this nasty establishment.

My family and I have been staying at this hotel for the purpose of relocating. I remember the day that we arrived..we were greeted by Ms. Sophia at the front desk with a smile that made us feel right at home after a hard and long drive. She was more than happy to show us the available room layouts and address our concerns in order to make sure our stay was comfortable and that our needs were met and well taken care of. Ms. Eunice, the hotel manager, is very professional and actually listens to our concerns if any issues were to arise. I have witnessed her go about her job on a daily basis whether it be personally inspecting the rooms, addressing issues on the hotel grounds, or explaining how things are actually run to first time visitors. She also goes out of her way to make sure that you, as a guest, are having a wonderful experience while staying at this location. She cares deeply for her staff, takes care of their needs and concerns as well. Treating everyone as family is her goal. Selvyn, Fathy, Mia, and Otis are just a wonderful and essential part of the staff at this location. They too will address your needs and make you feel right at home. They all do their jobs with a smile on their face to ensure you have a great start to your day. As for the visitors who come out and say that the hotel is dirty, let me tell you something...each member of the staff tries their best to maintain the grounds, but how are they to control "people" who throw their half-eaten sandwich on the ground, or rip open a bag of chips in the elevator, spill it, and leave it? Why don't you start from your inner self, pick up after yourself and have a mini sense of responsibility and stop blaming the staff for your childish behaviours. Play your part. You live there, so keep it clean people!

In the back there is a blacked out yellow school bus, a blacked out white school bus, a bunch of 4 wheelers and dirt bikes, a tow truck and a redneck pickup backed up on the curb. Weed smell all over, random towels in the halls, the halls look like a random hospital hall and oddball random people sitting in vehicles in the parking lot smoking and talking loud. The front desk is closed after 11pm with a steel pull down door that you see in the hood in Baltimore. The best part? When I checked in the front desk girl had the best attitude and prettiest smile and was very nice (don't know her name but she was very petite with a few tats on her arm and a beautiful necklace)... Shout out to her for a great job. Random kids riding bikes in the parking lot make it uneasy to drive around as you may run over one of them. Windows open (which is nice for once) just be careful the window does not fall outside. If you want to sleep in forget it. Everyone is up and rambunctious. The cleaning people sound like they are throwing the furniture around next door, underneath and above you. Normally when I stay I leave things in my room, don't worry about my valuables. Not here. I took my stuff with me. Normally I don't leave many reviews. I just want to make sure I don't come back and or make sure anyone with children or a real gf stays elsewhere.

I love this hotel! Eunice has been amazing! She is always very upbeat has a smile on her face and welcomes you! I had an issue with the sink clogging up and she took care of the issue right away! Every staff member is very nice every encounter you have with them! I highly recommend this hotel!

Honestly the room was gross but I left a precious item behind and Tai from the front desk was so kind and helped me retrieve it. She didn't have to, but she stepped away to take care of me and I really appreciated it.

Positive: Really enjoyed all my interactions with Staff. Had a very relatable and courteous interaction. When the light in the bathroom went on the blink, the gentlemen performing maintainence came quickly and replaced the bulb. Overall an excellent location! Negative: "" Negative: ""
