This stay here has been a good. Staff is amazing and don’t treat you like other hotels do. They help, they are like family. Our room is clean and anything we need it has been met with no hesitation or rudeness. Recommend if your on business, over night stay or long term.

Upon arrival I was greeted kindly by front desk associates, while they worked diligently to ensure myself a great stay. All areas were clean, well kept by staff and presentable. The rooms had been neatly set for my best comfort by your beautiful house keeper Hannah, whose work ethic is through the roof!

We booked through Priceline for a double room and when we got there we were given a single room and had to pay an extra $20 to get a double room. Is the room initially looked good and decent upon further inspection we saw food was left in the cabinets there was some trash left in the bottom kitchenette and dirty spoons in the drawer there was ice cream bars in the freezer The beds were really clean and presented well the floor was cleaning the bathroom was clean The kitchen not as clean as it could have been obviously The food left behind in the cabinet were all individually wrapped dry goods but still looks like the staff didn't even look in the cabinets or the refrigerator after the last person was there. Other than that we had a great stay.

Staying at this hotel has been a great experience! I loved the cleanliness of all common areas and rooms were up to par. The front desk agents were really friendly and your housekeeper Ms Hannah did an excellent job at providing me with everything I could have asked for!

Absolutely horrible place. Never again will I submit myself to one of these places. I reserved a 2 bed room and when I checked in there were no 2 bed rooms available. I settled for 1, but did not get a refund. The girl at the desk had no clue what she was doing or what was even available. The rooms were gross, the bed felt as though it could fall apart at any moment. I won't even get started on the people smoking pot by the doors. Just don't stay here. It's not worth it.

A roach ran across my laptop keyboard. Somebody’s forgotten underwear in the bathroom. Pretty sure the AC unit is failing. Light switch by bed controlled by light switch by door. Turning off main light turns off overhead light by bed, so get a flashlight to get back to the bed. Bed is cheap and uncomfortable. Place is a dump. The cheapest possible flat pack furniture and plastic waiting room chairs in the room.

I’d put 0 stars if I could. I would not recommend this place to stay in Colorado. My wife and I visited and we were going to stay at this hotel for 2 nights. The manager at the front desk told us our room had the tv broken, none of the other rooms were clean, and discounted us for the one we booked. I’m military and didn’t think it could be that bad. We went up to the room and it looked like a dungeon. Nothing like the pictures. Paint was cracked on the walls, a weird oil stain beneath the window, the microwave, fridge, and freezer were dirty. The cabinets had dirt and dust in them. There was hair in the shower, one used toilet paper roll in the bathroom, and me and my wife just felt uncomfortable staying there. We were there for maybe 3 hours and all we did was shower and decided to leave. We told the lady at the front desk that we decided we wouldn’t stay there and she said that we would only be charged for the first night and would get a refund for the second. It’s been about 4 weeks and I’ve called 3 or 4 times these past weeks to get my refund which I still haven’t received. I called guest service and they said they would send a request for a refund to the hotel and I still have not received it going on week 5. Overall I had a pretty bad experience at this place.

If you’re looking for a relaxing place to stay on a trip, this is not the place. My husband and I reserved a stay at this location for two nights (July 12th-July 14th) and only stayed for 3 hours at the maximum. We were told our room had a broken/unavailable TV and that there were no other clean rooms available. Fortunately, the manager on shift gave a discount for our first night stay but when we went to our hotel room neither of us were pleased. There was only one roll of toilet paper in the bathroom, clearly used by half its original amount. The kitchen was disgusting with some of the cabinets having dirt in them, an unkept microwave, and the fridge/freezer being dirty as well. The room was not as advertised when my husband initially booked our stay and the overall maintenance done to the room seemed last minute and the bare minimum as towels and bed sheets were folded but again, one roll of half-used toilet paper. When we decided not to stay further, my husband let the same manager on staff know that we wouldn’t be staying any longer. It came off in her behavior that she didn’t care to address our concerns and possibly make a better experience for future guests, or she is aware of how uncoordinated the hotel is. She told him he would be charged for the first night of our stay and have his refund for the other night within 2-5 business days. It has been well over 5 weeks since this happened and whenever my husband has called the hotel office or their guest relations about receiving this refund they claim they will work on it and yet he hasn’t received it and there has been no communication on it whatsoever. Overall a messy hotel and experience. Do not stay here and spend your money and time somewhere more organized. Also, they replied to comments weeks before we stayed with them stating they take the requests and concerns of their guests very seriously, clearly not if these issues are still ongoing.
