First and foremost, the ladies in the office are just beyond amazing! They made staying here stress-free. On top of that though, the building is always being taken care of by the housekeepers and maintenance personnel. Anything we needed they were on top of it! I knew that while staying here my family would be taken care of and that was a level of comfort all on its own. If I ever have the choice to stay here again I would choose this place over anywhere else! My family and I truly do appreciate the staff and are grateful for their hospitality!

I can't say enough about this place! It really is like a home away from home! Our room was so clean and comfortable and surprisingly quiet! You'd think that because it's next to the interstate it'd be hectic and loud but honestly it's not. The staff here are so helpful and polite! It's also pet friendly, which is such a bonus that our fur babies feel welcomed and loved.. and trust me they will get tons of pets here! I would recommend this place to anyone looking for somewhere to stay whether it's one night or even longer, you truly won't be disappointed!

I live here as of now been here a month and its been better then before when we stayed they have really cleaned it up alot. Mrs Jill has been very helpful and helped me out. Alicia is very friendly has always very social. The house keepers are very friendly. Our stay has been very easy going. I'm very happy with all the staff here very much a big turn over.

The staff at this location was wonderful. Everyone was very friendly, hard working, and accommodating. The staff honored my original rate from a different location. There was constant cleaning and repair work going on the entire time I was there. You get what you pay for with the rooms, but they were not bad. The grounds were less than ideal, with garbage and glass out throughout the grounds, making walking my dogs relatively difficult. EDIT: I checked out two days early from this hotel, after pre paying for 8 nights. The staff was genuinely concerned that I was leaving early because of something they did. I asked about a refund, and they said it would be processed within two days. Two days later, I got the refund in the amount they said. Really just appreciate the entire end of stay interaction.

The worst place to ever stay in hotel staff was rude as hell. There was mold in the shower and in their sink. Floors were not swept and sheets unchanged. When asked for new items since clearly there employees have zero cleaning experience, i was rudly treated and a door slammed in my face. My husband ended up getting very ill from staying here. Not to mention one of their guests screaming and laughing in the middle of the night to 3am when trying to call no response. Also, my husband and I were outside the hotel packing up our stuff into our car, speaking at normal outside volume. When one of their guests started shouting at us and threatening us , he then came out into the parking lot and started approaching my husband with a knife while the hotel staff just stood there and watched. Highly do not recommend staying here if you value your health and safety.

Room was disgusting. Old food under the bed, hairs everywhere. Hallways smelled like body odor. Had to immediately cancel and find somewhere else to stay after seeing the room. The whole building seems to be in need of a deep cleaning.

Horrible all around!! Smoke alarms going off for entire hotel and no one around to tell us what we needed to do!! Our TV remote never worked the whole stay. Something that looked like feces all over the wall. Dog hair all over the floor. No maintenance man the whole holiday weekend and no concern to our issues whatsoever! Plus no call back from the company because I did complain. Don’t stay here unless you are desperate!!!!!

We just stayed here for roughly 2 1/2 months. I don’t write reviews, I hate to badmouth a business or establishment. That being said I am pretty unhappy at this point to say the least. So here’s some 100% honesty. The rooms are pretty decent. I’d say above average for a cheaper hotel. The staff was friendly (to us and most of the other guests). That pretty much concludes the pros. They are pet friendly to a default it seems. There’s probably somewhere between 75-150 dogs in the building. As you could imagine it shows. They did finally kick one tenant out for a pet after the entire 2nd floor smelled of cat piss for the second straight week. Like hit you as you got off the elevator strong. I’ve been looking at the reviews and can see the staff writing about how it’s cleanliness as a standard, but that’s just not the truth. There was some dog pee at the end of the hallway that I let the staff know about at the front desk and it sat there for another three days. I had another point we had complained finally after about four Or five days of stomping feet and jumping off the bed right above us from about 10 o’clock at night till four in the morning every single night. We were going to leave at that point but since that tenant had left that morning, we decided to stick it out. We ended up deciding to leave the hotel on the 29th and let the staff know on the evening of the 28th. Then on July 4, they decided to run my card for another week. I called that day and was assured it would be sorted out. I would get a complete refund within 7 to 10 days just because that’s how long it takes to process. It’s now July 13, I have got the runaround for the past week. Then was told tonight, that they had issued a refund on 9 July and it would take 7 to 10 more business days. She let me know that the refund was for $337. They had debited my account for $386 and when I asked why I wasn’t getting my full refund she said she didn’t know. I told her we were going to have to get some thing figured out. She decided that she didn’t have to call her manager, or do anything more to help me out. Then she hung up on me. The staff is friendly if you are quiet and no problems and are continuing to pay and put up with everything. I would compare the entire experience to Section 8 housing. I hope I get my money back.
