The room and hotel were clean. Booking, checking in, and checking out were easy and convenient. Great location within walking distance of Oak Mountain Amphitheater. Staff was friendly. Excellent price. My only complaints were the bed being uncomfortable, the elevator looking old and rundown, and the strong smell of cigarettes in our room. We had to wash our clothes as soon as we got home due to the lingering smell. We will likely stay here again the next time we are going to a show at Oak Mountain.

The staff here is phenomenal! They are always willing to help at all hours of the day and night! The hotel is always clean and the rooms are pet friendly and baby friendly! Spacious rooms with a great pet area! I recommend this extended whether your here for a long stay or a short stay. Many restaurants and retail within walking distance and very close to oak mountain state park. Love the safe family atmosphere.

This was a pretty decent stay for a temporary situation.. if you are specific and keep in mind that this is a temporary stay then it’s good. They have everything you need and also the staff is good. No problems. Environment is quite also..

For more than a year our family has been satisfied with the hospitality and customer service received. The property inside and outside is clean and the staff have been nothing more than exceptional in their roles. Whether there is a request made, recommendations needed or a brief conversation the front desk staff have been more than accommodating without hesitation. Ms. Angi, Ms. Jazmine, Ms. Peejay and Ms. Markita are a great staff and are always courteous and friendly. Ms. Angi has been more than helpful, professional and attentive. Witnessing her kind, courteous and professional practice simply demonstrates her willingness to not only manage well but meet the needs and expectations of all guests here

Egregiously rude front desk staff displaying poor customer service. The attitudes were off-putting at best and completely deterred me from spending my dollar at this location. If you want a nice experience and decent customer service, I would not recommend this location at all. Unfortunately, I forgot to get the name of the young lady I spoke to today. But whoever was working at the front desk answering calls on March 17th, 2024 around 2:15 p.m. >>> this young lady has very poor customer service and probably does not need to be working as a front desk associate at all.

Great and friendly staff! Walking distance from the amphitheater which was great. Also, very clean room! Will definitely be staying again!

The staff and people who stay there are very friendly, it’s almost like a little community. I love everyone who works here. They make sure you feel safe and comfortable and welcome from the moment you walk in. I will recommend this extended stay to everyone I know.

Terrible operations. Front desk at night you have to call and don’t expect quick service. They have a call center that books all their reservations and no one at the hotel can give you rates so you must calll the call center. Operational nightmare
