No thanks. This place will definitely not be recommended on our boarding vendor list. This hotel has way too many issues that I care to deal with when housing a travelling crew of thirty people. been here 5 weeks and so far: abandoned cars in parking lot fire alarm panel been in error mode since i checked in your "free take away breakfast" is a joke and an insult. packaged muffins, fibre bars and oatmeal. And coffee that is empty every other day. no fruit. Shouldn't even advertise that the in-house kitchen setup doesn't exist. I felt like a beggar when i needed the setup and they would only give me 2 pieces at a time AC system barely works internet is trash but if i want better net i need to pay?? LOL TV system is trash. only half the channels work. the modulation system must be the cheapest ever. takes the tv 3 minutes to get its channels laundry room and machines ALWAYS dirty all trash cans full everywhere. I put my trash out to be picked up when i left in the morning only to come home and find that someone put it back in my room pass a vacuum on the carpet every once in a while the amount of people loitering outside is unacceptable. Anytime I had an issue or asked for something at the front desk, I was greeted with the look of I just asked the employee for their first born and $400. This place was built so cheap that I was amazed it even passed code. How can you have a kitchenette in a room with no vent hood plumbed to the outside? It's not that expensive. 20 feet, 3" duct, hole in wall, grate, sheetrock to box it in. No wonder there's roaches. You need to get this place fixed up. This crew is terrible. Rude. Lazy. 3 times this week my card didn't work. Waited ten minutes each time. Night shift nowhere to be found. Never a greeting. And what's with your employee with the BMW who always parks in front of the door? Wearing sunglasses indoors at 10pm. A sleeveless sweater and a tank top. Some dress code. Smelling like weed. Every day there's an issue with the coffee. 8am it's always out. Today it was so sad. You could see the bottom of the cup. Looked like tea. Then your billing. I'm told that you run my card every Monday. That happened once. it was run sporadically yet you kept locking my card out.

This hotel smells so bad. The room we had was on the second floor and you could smell the odor as soon as you stepped off the elevator. I do not know if it was the carpet but it smelled terrible. The floors and mirror had hair on them from I assume the previous guess. The front desk person did not explain anything and acted like we were bothering her by checking in at check-in time. People were in the parking lot making noise most of the night. The walls are paper thin so you hear and smell everything. Our neighbor smoked and we could smell it. This place is not worth the money and they have roaches.

Renee thank you for you and your team for making my stay here a Wonderful experience. I'm definitely we'll be returning. I love the atmosphere. It's like a family Environment. Well for starters we had a reservation an they told us a certain amount but when we got there they said I had to pay a $100 deposit separate. I did then when we checked out we would get it refunded. We checked out on 5/26/24 I called an called finally almost a week later I was able to get a hold of a third party an they said I didn't pay a deposit that it was declined I said I have the receipt she o mam an hung up ....the next day I called an got the receptionist she said ok yes I see I'll tell my manager ...another week goes by an nothing so I go up there an she didn't tell the manager like I was told she would so again I asked for my refund an the girl tells me they have me checked out the day after I actually checked out an that I had a balance I said no mam l actually have a receipt from the hotel I went to the day I checked out of there an again the girl said she would have the manager get back with me ...here it is almost another week later an I have yet to hear from the manager ...to top it off the room had roaches which is why we left..

The new amount of money we pay weekly is unfair considering the unnecessary loitering at the hotel. People smoking weed at the back and side doors at night. No parking rarely available after 9 pm because of unclaimed vehicles taking up space. The continued dog poop left in hallways on the 2nd floor & stitnch dog smell in the hallway. The always nasty left laundry room. Management, (Ranae) specifically seems to be unconcerned and oblivious to the issues of her property. My mail has come up missing of a specific item I never received. The staff at night loiters with residents outside and the hallways which is very unprofessional. Theirs Ledgers are miss leading and confussing, But for over $1900 a month and now even more after April 10, 2024. This place is definitely NOT WORTH THE MONEY SPENT HERE!

where to start my review! my family and I have been staying there since july . We have noticed a lot of BS around there but never have said anything but after this last incident i had to make my review. They are pet friendly which we liked and haven't had any issues with our dog. Just others not abiding by the rules and not using leashes for theirs. I have had a few issues with other dogs not being leashed and running up to my dog which she is not aggressive, so it did not turn bad. They gave out letters during a payment stating to take dogs across to the vacant lot for restroom breaks since there is so much dog crap on the property there isn't any more room for potty breaks. We have been doing just that but still see people letting their dogs use it where they are not supposed. It is so bad dog turds are even on the sidewalks. They have not enforced any of that sheet the rule on that issue at all. The building is supposed to be secure with key badges for entry but ever since we have been there the side entrance has never worked. the scanner is always hanging down or put back up with black tape plus it won't scan the card. They claim if they find out who is breaking it they will be removed but i know they know who it is. They let a crowd of younger guys hang by that entrance smoking weed and being loud. Not to mention let them use the workout room as a hang out where they sit on the treadmills to eat. i do warn if you stay extended make sure you ask questions and know what you are paying. They will take your payment and tell you you're good but be warned!!!! They won't tell you in advance that your behind or need to pay a certain amount by a certain date. They just cowardly put notes on your door saying you have to leave. Worst part they won't own up to not giving the correct billing information down to the manager and district manager. This room was in my name and my husband had been paying it and talking to them. However, they never one time pulled me to the side and gave me an opportunity to pay the room current when I had the money 3 times over to do so. They don't know what they are talking about they are doing payments wrong and will do whatever they can to cover their own tails. What they need is a manager with back bone to enforce the rules.

I booked to stay here for temporary housing &’ got kicked out within my second night here. They made false accusations stating that my room was “blown out” from smoke.. I don’t smoke never have, never did. I have a medical condition that hinders me from smoking period. I wasn’t even in my room that whole morning but when I came back &’ asked housekeeping to help me with something in my room, she told the GM that I was smoking in my room. But they stood firm on framing me for “smoking” why? Due to me using a spray that I specifically like bc after covid I lost my scent of smell so that company brand is the only brand that I can smell. I didn’t know using a type of air fragrance frames you of being a “smoker”. They took all of my money &’ charged me a smoking fee when I never smoked in my room. The GM doesn’t know how to talk to people &’ needs to be retrained on HOSPITALITY. It is the customer service I am specifically rating because they have a habit of doing it to only black people. Not every black person smokes.
