Great experience at this location. The staff, especially Erik (with a K), was very professional, friendly, and attentive to any needs I had. Erik went above and beyond to ensure that my stay was comfortable. My room was also very cozy, clean, and well supplied with all the amenities I needed. The location is safe, quiet , and accessible to stores, freeway,etc. I love that each unit has its on kitchen, as I love to cook and the housekeeping is very professional and thorough. Thank you for your hospitality. I will definitely be a repeat guest.

The hotel is quiet. The staff is accommodating. We enjoy the convenience of onsite laundry, fresh linens & towels, and in-room kitchen. Our room has signs of aging, but nothing that is unsafe or dangerous. I did a deep clean of the room because our stay is extended and some areas of the room that required attention is probably outside the scope of housekeeping (ie, cleaning the top of the kitchen cabinets, cleaning dirt from window tract, etc.) We enjoy the free wifi and have never stayed at an establishment with such reliable internet access.

Value hotel with friendly staff. Understandable at this price point to eschew maintenance for certain things, but if management is reading this then please take this one suggestion to heart. FIX YOUR DOORS! On one flight of stairs 2 out of the 3 doors SLAMS shut when let go. One probably just needs its closer adjusted. The other is misaligned in its frame and requires door hinge adjustments. Fixing these would probably take an hour of a handyman's time. The disruptive noise this causes is reason enough to fix them, but also when customers see that management doesn't take care of the doors in the public space of the property, they think that management also doesn't maintain the doors connected to their rooms. And if they think those doors aren't being maintained, they will wonder if they're secure. If customers don't feel secure then they won't become repeat customers.

My stay was nice. I had not stayed here in several years. Erick the Frontdesk attended was friendly and has excellent customer service. The 4 stars was for the room my bathroom cabinet veneer was water damaged and separated very badly. There were some housekeeping points that should have been better. The cleaning of the telephone and bedside table was not done. Overall, I would stay here again

Trouble the first night because I was put in a room that wasn’t exactly clean to put it nicely. However, I spoke up and Eric took my complaint seriously. He got me another room right away that was better and, most importantly CLEAN. The next day, I asked the assistant manager Sonya to comp me for the first night and she graciously agreed. ||Thanks Sonya and team at San Ramon Valley West for making it right :)||Also, I want to say the extended rates here are reasonable so bonus for that

Very safe, family-friendy hotel right next to a cozy suburban neighborhood and a 2-minute drive away from major outlets such as Target, Whole Foods, and a high-end shopping center. The global Chevron headquarters is just a few streets away. What especially impressed me is the genuine friendliness and professionalism of the people in charge of this hotel. Sonia is an absolutely excellent hotel manager- she helped me numerous times with anything that came up, and was always very attentive to my needs. If it is the people who make a hotel what it is, this hotel surpassed all my expectations- I will always look forward to reserving another booking here if I'm ever again in the area. Daniel also was extraordinarily respectful and never hesitated to help me at any time of day or night. Whether you're on a business trip, traveling with your children, or just needing a temporary place to stay while you search for an apartment, this hotel provided a perfectly safe and comfortable environment, and unbelievably at the best price I could find in the entire Bay Area. This is a great place to stay for business or vacation. The rates are low, the rooms are clean and the staff is exceptional! |The hotel is centrally located with easy access to the freeway. There are lots of good restaurants close by and San Francisco is only about 45 minutes away!

I find the people very nice. The person at front desk went out of her way to save me money. I truly appreciate that. It is a quiet, safe place, placed very strategically near the freeway and close to my daughter and her family. I've stayed at other more expensive hotels in this area. Save your money and stay here!
