As we arrived for our stay Payal at the front desk was very welcoming and friendly! She also made checking in simple and easy! Our stay has been pleasant. Anything we need they are there to provide and/or accommodate. |My kids have enjoyed their complimentary muffins every morning and I have enjoyed their fresh coffee in the lobby.

Super accomodating and responsive staff. I'm staying for a week and working nights in the ER so I need a quiet environment. My next door neighbor was loud and I couldn't sleep. Payal at the front desk was sympathetic and took the time to show me other rooms that were available, then promptly switched me to a more secluded, quiet room. It was a fast, easy process and I'm grateful, especially after traveling all the way from Florida!

Hello my name is Marlin Debrow-Wade, PES Coach and my is wife Lonnissa Debrow-Wade Health Coach/Court Mediator. We both are hard working good people. This hotel has been our home while we transition into a new one. We have advocated for what we believe is right when it comes to spending your hard earned money on the things that should reflect that in return. Like a place you sleep, eat and reside. I have to say Great front desk service from Payal, she has always help with any requests and gets the job done. Politeness and respect with every greeting. The hotel needs to keep up on power washing the grounds and deep cleaning the rugs and floors/elevators. Other than those details I give them a 4 star rating. Love the kitchen and how quiet it is. I stay here often due to working in the area. The staff here has always been helpful and and friendly. Some of the employees know me by name which is nice as it adds a personal touch to my many visits. The staff has gone above and beyond to accomodate some of my needs which is greatly appreciated. I want to specifically thank Payal and Elsy for their hard work and professionalism as their dedication to their job has not gone unnoticed.

I recently stayed at Extended Stay America - San Ramon - Bishop Ranch - East and was impressed by the exceptional service provided by the front desk staff. Throughout my stay, the front desk manager ‘Payal’ consistently demonstrated a high level of professionalism and customer care. Any questions or requests I had were handled promptly and with a genuine willingness to help.

Great hotel and even greater staff. I stay at this hotel for my on call assignments for my job. I never have any issues or complaints about this hotel and staff. Mary is great and always welcomes me. Matt and Veronica are knowledgeable and very kind. Also, there new hire Joanna seems to fit in perfectly with the team and always has a smile on her face. The rooms are kept clean and all electronics work perfectly. The location is great with many restaurants located near by. This hotel is like my second home. I would not want to stay anywhere else. #1 hotel in my book!

Our stay was a very pleasant experience The front desk was very friendly and helpful and did all they could to make our stay comfortable. The rooms were clean and service was excellent. Location is very convenient, close to conveniences and freeway. Great place to stay and highly recommended. Special shoutout to the staff at the front desk!!

The hotel is very clean and the staff awesome ans welcoming. During summer we enjoy the pool. The hotel is well located close to restaurants and shops. Fatty Matty has the beat juice hamburgers. Highly recommend raising expenses stay hotel
