It was definitely ok. No problems. Bed was a little hard. Refrigerator made noise all night and the rooms could be updated. Customer service was excellent. Bree was friendly and accommodating. From check In to check out, she was awesome. Best front desk service I've had in a long time. Kudos!

Positive: Nice location. Negative: Just too noisy. In my first room, the residents were somewhat rowdy. There was constant bumping on the floor upstairs. There was noise outside of my room overnight and someone knocked on my door also. Also frequent barking from a dog in another room.

We very much like to stay here at ESA bec of the little kitchen & the room is nice and clean. There's a coffee, snack bars, a picnic table, bbq stand and on site quest laundry that make feels like home. Only need to fix the squeaky floor above our room that has been our concern. Location: nearby gas station, resto & right off the freeway.The thing I love most here are the kind and exceptional service provided by the staff. One of the best is Jennifer. Always gives her best to accommodate and help our needs. Rohit is professional & easy to talk. Bree, a good customer service.Jaypee is the G.O.A.T. All other staffs are also amazing like GK, Elsa, & Dominic. We recommend this place.

This is the worst place I have ever stayed! Please don’t book this if you are traveling here. I would suggest to go to other places. 1. The front desk forgot to put us into their system, so next day the other employee just opened our door and tried to enter our room. 2. I asked the front desk to clean up the room for us and gave us some towels for two days. This never happened. 3. Coffee is empty and no one was about to refill it during breakfast time. Only some energy bars were provided. 4. Smoking policy is nothing. Staff or other guests smoking at the stairs and even on the 2nd floor.

Traveling nurse, was supposed to stay 3 months. I'm checking out early for a few reasons. The main reason is staff at the front desk. Either nobody is there or the lady Bree sits at a desk behind a door and pretends she dont hear anybody. I've stood there 15 minutes waiting to get a key, and seen 4 customers in line waiting and she pretended she didnt hear anyone. Went 2 days without toilet paper and towels because nobody is at the desk. Again today, i went to desk twice and nobody is there. Coffee in the morning has been empty every time. Not to mention, my room don't have an oven, which is standard at Oakland Airport extended stay. And the 2 burners I do have, only 1 works. The room and area is ok. But the front desk service is worse than a Motel 6. They also double charged my card 1 week and I had to wait for a refund of 800$. Terrible service. I will not be back.

Our stay was enhanced by the exceptional service provided by Dennis. He noticed our youngest girls, aged 3 & 7 looking a bit restless and thoughtfully brought them fresh pillows, instantly brightening their mood and making our entire family’s experience much more comfortable! His kindness and attention to detail truly stood out. Retain people like Dennis..

Positive: The staff is very helpful. They help me to change to non-smoking room which I paid and selected. They also agree to let me check out 2 days early and refund me because I just can't stand the room. Negative: I paid for a non-smoking room, but they gave me the smoking room with the very strong smoking and marijuana smell. After they change the room for me, the smell is good but the AC was not stop blowing even I try to turn it off. It's very loud too. Negative: ""
