It’s a safe and clean place. Lots of great people working for the staff and wonderful community of guests. Never had an issue and management was very gracious to us as we had to add more nights to our stay. Lots of fast food and gas stations. Also, there’s a Starbucks right next door! Pet friendly too!!!

I would give a ZERO, if the option were available. I booked a room for my husband and he showed up and there was not a single person at lobby to greet him. He sat there for 20 mins waiting for someone to check him in. After calling the hotel phone number, finally a very unpleasant woman by the name Indigo answered. I let her know the situation and she said “I’m here now.” And HUNG UP on me. For some reason she couldn’t accommodate him a room even though we made the booking and payment online. She was extremely rude and disrespectful to my husband. I’m baffled that someone with that personality works in customer service or around people. Very uneducated woman with no manners. Indigo, honey, if you see this, I hope you have the day you DESERVE. Thankfully, Hyatt House is just up the road and they were so kind and accommodating, with no issues at all! Lastly, if you like to be berated and receive nasty customer service, this is your place to stay!!

I was on a business trip and lived at the Vacaville ESA from January until May 1st. It was noisy and full of issues, but I stayed because my child (who has autism) wanted to finish the school year there. The manager Tina was extremely rude and did not help me when I asked repeatedly to receive my taxes back on my months long stay. Finally, one of the front desk workers (Amor) said just come down every Saturday and we’ll just extend your reservation with her, which worked for several weeks. Suddenly, on May 1st, we were awakened by banging on the door and my son said to come down to complete our reservation now. At 12, I went down to pay and was told our room was booked. I asked how the room could be booked since I was still living there and the front desk staff just said I needed to leave because they can rent my room for $350 a night because of something happening in Napa. I am 51 disabled woman who is partially blind, paralyzed and disabled with a son with autism. We had just shopped for the month of June the night previous and had several big items from (Costco/Sam’s) and I told Tina that it was going to take two trips as soon as I could find a new place to stay. She preceded to start screaming at me at said, “I’ve had a stroke, too! That’s not a big deal!” She then preceded to call every 15 minutes screaming at us to hurry. She even said that “I’m coming down there!” She never spoke to me in person. She never apologized. However, her staff were crying and shaking after she arrived and was screaming at them as well. I finally made a reservation at another hotel 40 minutes away. My autistic son’s school bus is too far to take him to school from here. Just when I was settled in my new ESA and had calmed down my autistic son for the next day, I received a call from a wonderful woman - the manager at the Fairfield location. She explained to me that ESA increased the prices of ALL locations close to Napa because of some event happening there. She said she had the same thing happen to one of her long term guests, too, but she herself actually made reservations at a new location so that they could move. She also said Tina, the Manager placed me into the ESA’s DO NOT RENT file and the current ESA will current ESA will kick out as soon as they discover us in the DO NO RENT ESA wide file. If they had told me earlier like Fairfield had or helped me find another location like Fairfield had, my exit would have been faster, but there was only so much for me to do in my situation. However, denying us housing based on disability discrimination is ridiculous. I even told the manager if she wants to ban me from her location, I understand, but to ban me from every ESA is ridiculous and ableist. I have asked Tina to call me. I left word at the hotel, but as usual, she is never there and refuses to return phone calls.

Avoid. First room we were given was dirty and smelled strongly of urine. Second Room at first seemed cleaner. Then the cockroaches came out--Really! Then noticed dried urine at base of toilet. Sticky floor. Ugh! Light maintenance items not maintained. Breakfast to go-packaged oatmeal, breakfast bars, coffee. I usually like Extended Stay Americas-not this time.

My boss booked this hotel for my work trip. I saw the reviews saying they had roaches and unfortunately the booking he made was non-refundable. I figured I'd give it a go and hope for the best. Upon arrival I thoroughly checked the room, even going as far as pulling out the refrigerator and microwave. I saw a couple small dead bugs but nothing that gave me cause for concern. I proceeded on with bringing my belongings in and unpacking. I went to dinner and came back to find roaches in the sink, floor, and on the wall. Priceline wouldn't do anything because it was booked as non-refundable. I went to the front desk and the woman offered a full refund without any question. Never even asked to see the videos of the roaches. Clearly she knew they have bugs. This place should be shut down.

If you need to stay near Vacaville, this hotel is conveniently located. Rooms and amenities are very basic, but I didn't have any negative experience here. Room includes kitchenette with full size refrigerator and an oven, but you must bring your own pots/pans and utensils. Both staff members I dealt with were friendly and as helpful as they could be.

Stayed previously, about 2 years ago, and had a good experience. But things have changed somewhat since last time. Cleaning of rooms etc reduced to once a week, towels etc on request. Good for extended stays but didn't work for us. Left after a day of a 3 day stay.

About every three to four months my sister and I go to Vacaville for training and have utilized the Extended Stay Vacaville exclusively. Principally it is due to the affordability and convenience of the location. During our last stay in March of 2024 there seemed to be a lot of individuals there as a result of County Displaced Housing programs. Which is not an issue, nearly an observation. During our most recent stay of June 19th, 2024, it did not appear to be as crowded. It was very quiet and the other guests are pleasant to be around. The dogs that I encountered were all very friendly and surprisingly quiet as well. The staff are very accommodating and demonstrate genuine concern should there be any issues with the rooms, staff or the property. I will state however that we stayed for a total of 4 days. Originally, we booked for 3, yet we added a day to recover and relax. The addition of an additional day using a third party broaker went very well. However, on the day of our departure my room key was shut off at about 9:45AM. Check out is at 11AM and I was in the process of loading the vehicle, yet I could not re-enter the building using the side door. Hence, I had to enter through the lobby and have my key turned back on. With the key reactivated, I continued the packing process, yet I was inquired of when I would be leaving by two separate employees on two separate occasions. I understand that some people attempt to "Over Stay" or not check out on time, etc. As I had overheard scuttlebutt at the front desk of a pair of guests re-entering a room and staying an additional night, off the books. However, be that as it may, it is not polite to badger guests as to when they are checking out. Especally when it is blatantly clear that they are packing up and making ready to depart. We checked out at 10:45AM and overall had a pleasant stay. I have read other reviews that speak of inscets and cockroaches in their rooms. Thankfully, I can attest that I have never observed any inscets in their rooms. I have seen them in the parking lot, near the adjacent bar, yet never in one of the rooms, hallways or lobby area.
