When I pulled in to check in it looked like a homeless shelter. Saw 5 or 6 people to the side of the outside entrance smoking. Went inside and saw the note that the attendant was away. Waited five minutes and then he came around and checked me in, verified my ID, told me about the grab and go breakfast, told me that checkout is by 11:00 am and if I have a late checkout I would incur a charge. Okay. I went inside my room and it looked old, outdated and furnished with mismatched scratched furniture from Goodwill. The first thing I noticed was the cigarette burns on the kitchen counters. Burn marks from pot/pans. I walk into the bathroom and there are cigarette burns on the tub and counter. Not one or two more like 200-300 cigarette burn marks in the hotel room. There is no vent in the bathroom and there is a crack and stain on the ceiling. The room did not smell like smoke probably because they painted the walls. Cannot figure out if the night dresser needs to be cleaned or has permanent marks. Found out the next morning there is no shampoo, thank goodness there was soap. My highlight was the fire alarm going off at 3:00AM. I was exhausted and thought it was the clock alarm and unplugged it. Walked past the reception desk to see the attendant talking on the phone, I assume it was how to reset the alarm system because it took me approx 5 minutes to use the restroom and get dressed. Approx 20-30 minutes later the firefighters arrive and reset the system in less than 5 minutes. This is more like a motel vs. hotel. Room #149.

Do not stay at this hotel. The low price isn't worth it. Broken appliances. Old worn down fixtures and furniture. Terrible smell at the hotel. Vagrants roaming around hotel. My hotel guest did not feel safe at this hotel and checked out after the second night. The hotel manager would not change the room or honor a refund for the remainder of the stay so we got him a room at the Hampton where he was much happier instead. This is the second time we have booked this hotel and both trips were terrible for my hotel guests.

Needs refurbishing. Not worth the high price. Also $27 per night pet fee. Deadbolt did not lock. Guest Key cards did not work on exterior doors therefore they were propped open all day and night. Worn, stained carpet. Dark dingy hallway. Only positive, front desk staff was nice.

The room was accommodating and comfortable. Very clean, bed was a queen size and very comfortable. One draw back was that the towel bar in the bathroom was rusted. The hotel does have a need for some updating. Other reviews complained about a cigarette smell but there was NONE of that on our arrival. We had a comfortable stay and were happy with the overnight visit.

One of the worst experiences of any hotel I have ever stayed at. I booked a king bed 2 months in advance. They confirmed. When I arrived, they only had a queen. The room itself was filthy and ere we had buy cleaning supplies to clean the bathroom and floor to make it acceptable. They were out of toilet paper ("the shipment hasn't come in.") The elevator was out the entire time. I would advise anyone to stay away from this place.

This is just a caution to those who are looking for budget hotels. Some Extended Stay Hotels may be great, but this one....well... While front desk staff was friendly and gracious, the hotel itself seems a bit over-priced for what we experienced. The door frame to our particular room was ripped up, showing light through the crack. The room smelled like deep fried food, then weed for the rest of the night. The countertops were damaged, fridge leaked on the floor, had filthy outside doors and froze our food we bought over night, even though on the lowest temp. The shower and bath had soap hardened on the bottom to the degree we didn't feel like using them. The buildings outside doors did not lock properly and had damaged key access devices, making us feel unsafe. Only one office chair existed for use at the table. One wall light was inoperable, even plugged in. There were scratches in the wall paint, sticky spots of residue in elevator flooring and carpet. Their breakfast consisted of Nutri-Grains, cheap muffins, oatmeal packets and coffee/water that was not replenished... Most of all, they did not allow us to access their wifi to verify our Uber pick up time. Thankfully, one desk attendent did look up a taxi number we were able to call when we feared we missed it. We took the taxi, only later to discover our Uber driver came after we left ... which I could have verified if I had wifi. I do have to say the front desk was helpful by letting us keep our bag behind their desk while we walked around town. It is a good distance for the airport (25.00 taxi or uber) but few places to go nearby on foot aside from the grocery store, dollar store and a lovely nail spa we enjoyed. We paid the same price per room to stay at the Doubletree across the highway a week earlier which was an amazing experience...relaxing and aesthetic. So if you have 150...Yeah.

This was one of the filthiest hotels I've yet to stay in and has without a doubt gone downhill over the years. The rooms are no longer equipped with anything to accommodate long term guests. In the past, Extended Stays have included dish, glass, cooking and silverware. Our room had red stains in various places on the carpet (room 233), missing towel bars, holes in the wall where a photo once hung and there was a clump of hair in the tub upon check in. I would NEVER recommend, nor return to this hotel and I feel horrible for anyone having to experience any kind of extended stay in this dark, dilapidated hotel.

I booked my stay 3 days in advance, got to the hotel around 10 and was told my room has been sold to someone else and they had no other rooms available. My card was already charged. Then the employee at the desk said oh we do have a room but there are no pillows in the room. Given the time of night it was, I decided to give it a shot. With my arms full of luggage and a pet, the employee handed me a handful of blankets and the only pillow he had in the back that had no stuffing in it. I could barely make it to the room without dropping things. When I get the room, the door is extremely hard to open, the lock was jankie and was missing a latch for safety. The room was dirty and I was expected to make up the room myself. Things were broken and the kitchen faucet didn’t work. Highly disappointed in my stay and wouldn’t recommend staying at this hotel. Staff was apologetic but not helpful at all, when addressed with all these issues, nothing was done to resolve them.
