This hotel is completely awful The staff are very rude nosy and spread gossip as well as mistreat their customers and the corporate has been called quite a few times by numerous people and they don't even do anything about it and blame it on the customers they have no respect they barely clean the rooms the hallways are nasty The ceilings are falling down they don't clean the outside at all and they harass people and disrespect them One staff member has spent my face and corporate or nobody has done anything about it I even have video proof and the staff members still works here as well as still harassing me everyday and acts like a 2-year-old child this place really needs to be straightened up and we looked at. I would not recommend anybody to stay here.

Stay at your own risk! I wouldn't recommend this hotel to my worst enemy. The entire facility had a wretched stench. My room had the most pungent smell that hit you as soon as you opened the door. Thankfully I only stayed one night but that was long enough to have every single piece of luggage and clothing have the smell imbedded. I'm working on getting the odor out of my backpack, toiletries bag and literally everything that I brought with me, even my dog's stuffed toy I brought for her smells now! Please spend your money on a better hotel

Had to wait a few minutes for the desk clerk who was not cordial at all. Had to enter a bunch of info into their system as well as photos of my Driver's License. $100 was required as a deposit for a one night stay. Sign proclaiming they are no longer providing shampoo but you could ask for a "shampoo bar", which I did and was not given. The halls were dingy and unclean. Room was 60 degrees cold upon entering but smelled fresh and seems clean. Good location right next to much pricer hotels. Update: Despite my skepticism, I had a peaceful night's sleep here. The bed was comfortable and I liked having an old school blanket instead of that swelteringly hot comforter most hotels offer for some reason now. Check-out went much better than check-in. I was greeted by a very pleasant clerk and was fine with the basic breakfast offerings of Quaker instant oatmeal and Folgers instant decaf coffee. The common plight of our Post-Pandemic world is not enough staff to cover all the bases at once. However my experience was they handled the most important things first and did an acceptable job at it. I would stay here again and I think the cost/value ratio is pretty good.

Tonight the hotel was asked to evacuate due to fire alarms early morning/overnight. The front desk associate Chardonnay(sorry about the spelling) was so calm in assisting to get everyone out fast and safely. She was above and beyond helpful and super apologetic when our family had an issue reentering our room. She attempted to reset our key, multiple masters, several tools including some black battery reader box and ultimately secured us back in our room for the night!! She is a great addition to the extended stay team and we are grateful!! Please acknowledge her excellence 👍!!

The room was clean. Dana at the front desk was amazing. Besides that this hotel was horrible. There was a smoking smell everywhere. The hotel smelled like pot. I had a headache from our trip from all the smells

Positive: The staff, was friendly and took extra time and care to make sure we were happy with our room. Negative: The $100 deposit on the room. Someone was smoking mariquana in the room, although the staff addressed it.

I just checked out yesterday so all this is still fresh in my head. First, just know if you are new to New York State, these hotels, the Extended Stay, you will more than likely find people living there for long periods of time. So this is HOME to many of its occupants. There are children and there are guest sitting around outside. My CONS would be the room was ran down, just old, the carpet most definitely needs to be changed. The popcorn texture and pain needs to be tore off and repainted. We stayed 5 days and learned that they DO NOT clean rooms until you check out, but if you want clean linens/towels you just bring the dirty ones down and they will exchange them for clean ones. The "to go breakfast" instant oatmeal packs, which I did not see personally, but I did see coffee, muffins and Nutra grain bars. Now would I stay there again, NO, I would take my $725 for 5 days somewhere else. My PROS, the ladies at the front desk are nice, it may take some time to actually come to the front desk but they are nice. By far the most exceptional one is DANA, she fixed our room/card situation and she is very well spoken and very knowledgeable about the policies of the hotel and doesn't make you feel like you are asking too many questions.

What a wonderful location and surroundings. Close to a walking trail, and many restaurants, the Mall at Greece, Target and pretty much anything a traveler / resident may desire. That being said I would be disingenuous if I didn't speak on the Unnecessary STRESS that is applied to the staff that is then passed onto the guests due to " staffing shortages". There have been many occasions in which staff is stretched so thin that there are times when the front desk is unoccupied for extended periods of time. As an example. I have noticed that Extended Stay (Greece) and it's newest batch of employees has tried to make an effort BUT the STAFF the employees are only human. There is only so much one person can do with 200+ rooms on two floors can do. Finally, I'd like to thank the (local) managers and the ladies at the front desk for the patience it takes to be stressed out but still offer a smile and a "Hello" when passing guests in the halls. I appreciate the accountability you ladies take in what you bring to your job everyday.
