Extended Stay America - Raleigh - RTP - 4919 Miami Blvd. - Extended stay hotel in Durham - 4919 S Miami Blvd, USA

When checking in no one was at the front desk. Waited about 7 minutes and finally got tired and decided to call the main line which got the employees attention. The main elevator was out of service and I had to walk around to a different elevator further from my room. This elevator also felt as thought it needed service due to its shaking and abrupt stops/drops. One of the two doors access pad leading to the pool wasn’t working. The pool looked as though it needed a deep clean. The room my family and I stayed in was okay. It had a weird smell but overall I thought it was clean. I was mistaken. The pull out bed in the sofa that my daughter was suppose to sleep on was stained with blood and there wasn’t a sheet on it. The bathroom looked like it hadn’t been cleaned, so I had to go to the store buy product to clean it. The towels place in the room either had blood, dirt, or boogers on them. When we left the hotel for the day and came back it looked like someone had been in the room. All lights in the main area were on and there was a disgusting hair like substance on the coffee table on my daughter's toys. The ‘free breakfast’ provided wasn’t even breakfast. A few muffins and no coffee or drinks. The facility itself looked extremely run down and in need of repairs. If it wasn’t for the money I prepaid to stay here I would have left. Overall I was highly disappointed, I have stayed in plenty of extended stays in North Carolina, this one is by far the worse.

The pillows was the most fluffy as ball of cotton. The hotel is nice and clean everyone is so respectful,nice and always willing to help. I love it. Nice pool area. My room is nice and big lots of space my family was able to come spend the weekend with me which i'm thankful for. always a home away from home.

The Facility is clean and the staff are always friendly and accommodating||I was very happy with my room and the staff were very accommodating. They even extended my stay twice for me! The waffles were great but sometimes it was really loud in that eating room - when there were a lot of children in there. The bed was fairly nice and comfortable. The laundry room was very small and I was disappointed that the dryer takes 90 minutes to dry one load, which costs $6. Parking was great, and free. The TV lineup was nice. My jacuzzi tub was the best ever. Yep. I'll return here.

Looks like our stay will be in this location for a bit. I chose this location as it’s closer to work for me & everything is located inside. The staff, from the front desk down to the housekeepers & maintenance has been super helpful & amazing. Although, on occasion, I’ve had to go back down & redo my key cards, they bee super quick on fixing the matter. Due to not everyone being raised to be clean & tidy, I did have a small issue with bugs which they called their bug guy, who mid you comes pretty much weekly, in immediately to fix things. The type of work background that I have, I understand that not everyone is as clean as you would like. So, seeing that the smallest concern is met in a super timely manner says a lot about the individuals that maintain this property. There are too many of the staff to name, but mainly those at the front desk have been so helpful, patient & kind, that I have chosen to continue my stay here. I thank each & every one of them for the service they have provided to me & mine. An absolute ginormous shout out to Mr. Dennis, his staff, Dora, Malaisha along with the GM. They are always willing & able to help you with ever you need!!!

This location was great! Outside was clean and neat. The Lobby was clean and smelled amazing. Customer service was superb! Dennis was a delight! Very well mannered. The rooms were great. They were clean. The beds were the life of the party! So comfy. My fiancé and I enjoyed every minute of our stay. Dennis made sure we had everything we needed. Thank you so much Dennis and the rest of the staff! We will definitely be booking again soon!

If I could give negative stars I would. The woman at check in was great, I get into the hotel and see these giant holes in the ceiling and was told the main elevator hasn’t worked for months. I get into the room and it’s 80 degrees and there’s a roach crawling down the wall. The shower had a used bar of soap in it still. When I called the next day asking for a refund the assistant manager told me he couldn’t do that but was happy to give me a voucher for a free night stay. WHYYY would I ever stay at one of these hotels ever again?!

I had an absolute exceptional Stay here!!!! Managers Chad and Dennis were absolutely amazing!! Also Malaysia my was the best!!! I this hotel to anyone who is looking for a great hotel with an amazing staff!!! Oh and our room was so clean and we so enjoyed everything about this place!!!)

Great staff clean and safe environment. Decent price and it has a full kitchen, the pool opened right before I left so I will defiantly be going back. Breakfast was ok it’s a quick grab and go. Oh and it has a bar in the back that was also nice. If I had to say I had a good time
