This place was not the cleanest but… I don’t care.. my room was great and it was clean! What I am Giving a 10/10 for or who I Am giving a 10/10 to is Sydney at the front desk! She was amazing! Helped me out every time I needed her. Made sure I had clean towels and utensils. Was friendly and smiled the whole time even when she had a very difficult guest and while working a double! By the end of her conversation with the difficult guest… they were smiling too. She is the epitome of great customer service.. please make her a manager soon! So not lose that gem!

The room not only was well kept but smelled like fresh lemons. We were very pleased with the customer support. You will find Sydney especially helpful, welcoming, and professional

Cheapest hotel in one of the NICEST area! Ms.Cerise was so attentive to me during check-in and check-out. I also witnessed her kindness with others during check in. The hotel is what you should expect for the price but, it’s clean enough the area is quiet and safe and is centered in a beautiful neighborhood which made me feel better and secure. Major Thank You To CERISE For Her Kindness!!!

the staff is great! but i had to put 1 star for the rooms because of the roaches. This a very old building, so yes take that into account, and the staff, even though its not their fault, went above and beyond to address my concerns about the roaches. This particular hotel could definetely use upgrades.

Me and my daughter stayed last night for a concert. The room was comfortable and as a housecleaner myself, I can definitely say it was 5 stars. The only think I had a problem with was the other people occupying the area. I feel they need to up their price to prevent this. As soon as me and my daughter walked into the lobby to check in we heard a couple yelling and cussing at wachother in the hallway. I was kept up all night by what seemed to be a child running in a back and forth motion above me. I have 3 kids. Totally understandable. It's hard to travel with kids. When I mentioned it to the staff at check out they were MORE than apologetic. This place deserves a second chance and a new business strategy. The staff is wonderful.

We stayed here for a few nights. The staff was very very nice and didn't bother us at all. Whatever we asked for they helped us. The room was not so clean. As u can see there was a blood stain on the floor, microwave was nasty on the inside so we did not use it. The toilet had poop splatter all under the lid. There was hair balled up at the corner of the tub floor. We poured clorox on it to clean it. Sink had cigarettes burt stains on it...from what we saw, it look like a lot of homeless ppl live here or ppl that have nowhere to stay.. the hallway had a musk old stink smell...trash area had dirty parties someone threw on there! We booked online but if we had known the room looked like that we would've never booked. Also online it was non refundable so we couldn't get our money back. If u have kids...stay away! We stayed with a friend for 3 nights cuz we didn't feel comfortable there and our skin itched. The other 2 nights we had to tough it out. Sprayed lots of clorox just to get a clean feel. Furniture it kinda old also. No upgrade. But other then that, it's quiet and nobody bothers you. I saw other reviews saying they had roaches..we did not see any type of bugs. We was afraid that if we had asked for another room we prolly would've saw bugs so we just cleaned everything down with clorox and pulled the sheets off the bed cuz we had our own blankets

This location was by far one of the best locations I have stayed at, every time I come Ms Cerise makes check-in easy and fast. Always smiling and very professional never let’s negative guest take her off her game and I’ve seen first hand how people tend to want to attack the front desk staff when they’re trying their best to assist them. Ms Cerise is by far one of my most respected Guest service Representative.
