Very fulfilling and satisfying stay, feels like cozy place to stay and work. The room has good features and having a kitchen adds more convenience to the comfort of the stay. Experience is like home away from home. The staff is friendly, courteous and helpful, Would like to acknowledge few names from staff team such as Hamza, Dwight, Tony, and few names from the house keeping like Anthony and Neri, for their great support. Last but not the least, would like to mention about the Property Manager-Maria, she provided exceptional support and oversight for any issues arising out of the stay.

I recently stayed at this hotel, and for a 2-star establishment, it exceeded my expectations. The rooms are spacious and come equipped with a kitchen, making it perfect for those who prefer to cook their meals. The bathroom was spotless and even had a bathtub, which was a nice touch. One minor inconvenience occurred during my stay when the fire alarm went off due to someone cooking without using the extractor. While this wasn’t the hotel’s fault, it did take around 10-15 minutes for the firefighters to arrive and check the situation. Despite this, it didn’t detract from my overall experience. The hotel also offers a complimentary breakfast, which was convenient. It's important to note that they don't serve or advertise a full breakfast, but the options provided were sufficient.Overall, I would highly recommend staying here. It's a fantastic option, especially considering the star rating.

I recently stayed at this hotel and had a fantastic experience. The rooms were extremely comfortable, nice, clean, and cozy, all within budget. The spacious and spotless rooms made the stay even more enjoyable. The staff was incredibly helpful, especially the manager Maria, who went out of her way to assist with anything we needed. I highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant and stress-free stay.

Great place to stay! Clean, great location and great customer service. Very easy to check in, and the elderly gentleman at the counter was so sweet! Highly recommended!!! Had a great experience overall. The rooms were spacious and spotless, with great décor and crisp bed sheets. The breakfast buffet was delicious, with a huge variety of options! The staff were attentive and went out of their way to ensure that we were comfortable. Nothing was too much trouble

What a shame to see they took down my review I posted a week ago, trying to hide the fact the middle aged woman & man up at the front desk are combative, rude and extremely unprofessional. I will post it again, as people need to see this is a repeating pattern between this middle-aged woman & man up at the front desk. My son & I were currently in transition due to being displaced from a horrific house fire & lost everything. We were to check in on Friday 7/12 only for one night, as we were getting the keys to our temporary housing apartment the next morning. Upon walking up to the front desk, the lady already had an attitude. We presented our reservation & brought up that we had emotional support animal. Right away, the woman got combative & pointed somewhere off into the distance (I assume it’s their policy) & said they only accommodate service animals. I was highly disappointed to hear they don’t accommodate ALL disabled people, but we offered to pay for the animal and she went up to the middle-aged man, whispered “don’t let them stay here” and boom, he shoved our credit card back at us and rudely said “GO STAY SOMEWHERE ELSE!” I would have loved to stay somewhere else, but unbeknownst to the both of them, MY HOUSE BURNED DOWN AND EVERYTHING IN IT! To be treated in such a way, immediately upon bringing up emotional support animal, was horrendous. We offered to pay, and that wasn’t good enough either. We truly were in shock as to what even happened, they were the only ones who were rude & looking back, I wish I would’ve been rude right back to them. I just walked out in shock, and my son & I slept on the floor of a vacant apartment that night because we were terrified to have another interaction like this after all of the trauma we had already been put through. It’s beyond my mind’s comprehension to see this behavior has been allowed year after year, by these same 2 individuals. I know why, because I don’t think anyone has bothered to follow through about it. Well, not I. The whole interaction has traumatized me even more, and to be treated so poorly with what seemingly was over my disability, even though I was willing to pay, they kicked us out? I am the most shy, non-confrontational person & they took advantage of us. We wanted to cancel & they told us they wouldn’t do it. Luckily, we found out we had to cancel before 6pm or we would’ve been charged!! Would’ve been nice to have heard that from them, but of course not! There’s something awfully sinister going on here. To read the reviews, clearly nothing has improved over the years & have the same 2 abusive staff up at the desk, despite the hundreds of complaints. I will be following up with an attorney regarding this, I pray there was footage of the entire thing to show just how these two act when they think nobody is going to do anything about it. They take advantage of a meek, shy disabled woman for what seems just loving having control. They’re sick people. Maybe they did me a favor, because reading the reviews after the fact, I wouldn’t have stayed there anyway with bugs, and upon walking in, I immediately felt unsafe anyway… the atmosphere isn’t what you’d expect for the area at all. Also the smell in the lobby of musty I don’t even know what, was atrocious. Once we get settled in, I am looking forward to following through seeking out an attorney. They can’t get away with what happened, it doesn’t sit right within my spirit, knowing they will do this to someone else. Again, nothing to do with the fact they don’t allow emotional supports, all well & fine however disappointing, I offered to pay immediately but that woman was already turned against us the moment I brought up having emotional support animal. Seems ableist to me. If you’re a disabled person, don’t stay here… they allow service animals but truly aren’t supportive of all disabled people, only when they’re forced to do so by law. This is the only hotel I’ve ever been to that DOESNT accommodate my disability. Says a lot about this place to me!!

Very bad hotel. It reeks of smoke. When we checked in we received a room that had apparently been used. The sheets were messed up, the lights were on, dishes were used, floor dirty, insects everywhere and soap was used. Went to front desk and got a refund, the lady at the desk was cooperative, however, she insulted a family member of mine. Got our money back. Would not recommend!

Our experience here has been nothing less than FANTASTIC! The rooms and service my family received was beyond our expectations. We thank the General Manager, Maria Regalado, for our wonderful experience. She runs the hotel with the highest level of expertise, professionalism, and care. I recommend ESA Princeton - South Brunswick to anyone seeking a clean, comfortable, and peaceful space.
