Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Titusville - Space Center - Extended stay hotel in Titusville - 4835 Helen Hauser Blvd, USA

We chose this place because the rate was within our budget, & were delighted to find a clean, welcoming hotel with a wonderfully friendly staff. Special shout-out to Gemal, who checked us in. He mentioned that he is new there, but he absolutely has what it takes for any customer-service position. It was nice to have such a friendly person for our first impression of the place. We also encountered who I assume to be the GM, & found both her & her other co-workers to be simply delightful. We ended up extending our stay another night! The room itself was clean & the bed was super-comfortable. The bathtub was a little slice of heaven after a long day at Kennedy Space Center, & the water pressure in the shower was superb. The area feels safe, & I was completely comfortable walking my dog around the hotel in the wee hours of the morning. While easy access to I-95 makes this a good location, it is a bit far from KSC & the Titusville downtown area. No city busses run anywhere near this property, & an Uber ride to KSC was about $30. We plan to return to Tiutusville for a future launch in just a couple of weeks, & we will definitely stay here again! Thanks again to a wonderful staff for making this such a pleasant stay!

I had a great overnight stay at this hotel. The location was quiet, with a scenic view of the forested area next to the highway. Virtually no road noise audible. It felt very safe. I didn't hear any of my neighbors. The best part: My room was immaculately clean. Would definitely return if I'm in the area again.

Very disappointed. We check in and the front desk says he does laundry. Then never was told of items you need to ask for in your room, and the hangers for towels and toilet paper kept falling off. The sink in the bathroom was clogged. No breakfast to talk about. No daily cleaning unless your there for seven days. Then get hit with a hundred dollar charge when you check in. So if you do come here (which we will never again do) you have to have your own cleaning supplies: for dishes and cleaning up. The best and icing on the cake is you have to pay for internet by the day....... When you pay 800 dollars for five nights and not even get the amities as cheaper hotels. Not impressed. Heck the room had two thermostats one worked the other just for looks. The bathroom fan was so filthy. Two lights in the room did not work. No hairdryer, no coffee pot in room. No stocked kitchen. Everything had to be asked for. Oh and for only three people they said the room is stocked for four people.. no only two washcloths three towels. Have to go to front desk to get more towels and in the bag two washcloths three towels.... really!!! Oh an the office chair they have in the room- no carpet so chair slides out on you. Which is how I fell the second day.

Five stars for location, cleanliness, staff service , and price. Continental breakfast was adequate for our needs, and I was able to get coffee very early!! This is on my repeat list for next time in this area. Thank You!

Rooms are spacious and have no carpet! They ask for $100 deposit, which is not advertised when booking. The rooms are not equipped with kitchenware unless requested at the time of booking. The fridge and microwave are full-size. The bad part was that the elevator was broken when I left!

When I told them about lack of adequate breakfast ( some days none existent ! ) I was told that breakfast is a free item ( meaning I shouldn't complain ). Many days the breakfast was just OLD cupcakes and granola bars, that had almost dried up. When I told them about the elevator breaking down too often, I was told " a lot of hotels have elevator problems too". I was supposed to get my room cleaned once a week. That didn't happen , even after I had mentioned it to Them. sometimes my room was not cleaned even in 10 days. This Extended Stay was the worst of the Extended stays I have stayed at.

The room has a mid size refrigerator, 2 burner stove and dishwasher. Cooking and dining supplies are not in the room but they are available for free. They advertise free breakfast but it's just prepackaged muffins and coffee. No juice, no milk, no bread, no cereal. The staff was friendly and helpful. We stayed here too visit the Kennedy Space Center about 20 minutes away. This is a very convenient location right off of I-95.

NOT a premier hotel by any stretch of the imagination. They do not even provide a coffee pot or coffee cups in the room unless you ask for them at the front desk which is very inconvenient. The rooms are small and basic. The rooms do have a Mini kitchenette with microwave, sink 2 burner cook top and refrigerator but there are no utensils or accessories of any kind provided in the room. You have to either bring your own if you want quality, or get what they have at the front desk which may require a long wait.
