Front desk staff was friendly and accommodating. Parking was free and readily available. It would an okay place to stay 1-5 days, but we stayed for six weeks which I definitely DO NOT recommend. If I was a one week business traveler, I would not stay here. Here are a few things to consider if you plan to stay for than 5 days: 1) No pool, fitness area or meeting rooms; 2) Keycards stop working consistently about every two days and must be recoded at the front desk on a 1980's era recoding machine where staff must pound the entry keys and shake the machine to make it work, then run outside to try the card out to see it if it worked. Pretty comical actually. 3) The front entryway is very unattractive, and the laundry machine is right behind the front desk so that front desk staff can fold laundry between clients. 6) Laundry room is excellent however. Very good washers and dryers. However, dryer temperatures are inaccurate and even on "low" we lost two items to overheating.

If you are looking for a basic clean room, I would recommend this hotel. It offers kitchen facilities which may be desirable for some guests, but was not used by us. Overall, it is basic basic basic all around. The advised breakfast is light coffee and bagged muffins. Nothing wrong with hotel, but nothing special at all. Does not compare to the average Best Western or Hampton Inn imo.

Due to medical Apts at the children's hospital we stay here often. We always get the best customer services and have a great stay. This hotel is quiet, clean and safe. The night shift worker is so joyful and my son just loves coming to see her.

Positive: The location was simple and the front desk person was amazingly polite. Negative: The room wasn?t very clean. There was hair and used soap in the shower and hair on the pillow cases. It also had a strange smell. For the price of the room it was rather disappointing.

Positive: It was easy to book. Easy to check in. Clean and great location for working in downtown Belleview. Negative: It is gloomy. The color palet (grays and browns are all I remember) mixed with the energy-efficient light bulbs really make the place look cheap and gloomy. When you first walk in, you sigh and feel trepidatious...

Great location downfall is Jackie their GM Rooms are clean and decent but don't expect to have daily or even weekly cleaning. They don't care how long you stay they will not come clean your room. Stove top takes about 30 minutes to warm up! Limited dishes provided, staff is nice most of the time but good luck dealing with their so called GM Jackie. She is racist, no manners and doesn't care to keep long term paying customers here. Rate was doubled to make sure we moved out doesn't care about my corp rate or anything. I stay away from her for the same reason and I still get treated like garbage. Side doors don't work. Sad how miserable people are in their day to day like to take it out on everyone else. Jackie needs to be fired and replaced with someone who has human skills which is a learned behavior. She cannot be taught! There is no room is this world for racist people anymore!!!

The staff was super friendly and helpful. The room was large and clean. The shower/tub didn't drain properly, but that was a minor issue. It has a great location, close to downtown Bellevue and the interstates. Overall a great experience and somewhere I would stay again.

Positive: Clean room, comfortable beds Negative: Room was not as described. Advertised kitchen but had no dishes, silverware or anything fornit available. Grab and go breakfast featured yogurt but no spoons and muffins amd coffee. Coulrnt get tv in room to work and staff declined to assidt.
