Extended Stay America Premier Suites - Melbourne - Palm Bay - Extended stay hotel in West Melbourne - 4450 Hollywood Blvd, USA

Hotel is running down. To many dogs. Breakfast they can do much better with breakfast. Too many fruit bars a little bit of fruit. They can never keep breakfast stock everyone does not get breakfast which is terrible. My biggest complaint is they need to have a stove that has a baker they have no baking facilities. No swimming pool full stop

Nice size room, loved that it had a kitchenette. Gave us all things needed to cook, nice refrigerator grocery stores close by. Frt desk was helpful. Close to highway. Bed was comfortable and clean. Would stay again!!! Great value.

Positive: The location, some staff was Amazing but the front reception lady is very rude and don't have any manners to guest over the phone and in person. Negative: The price for the nightly rate is kind of ridiculous for the package muffins and weak coffee that's been there all night. The ac smelled like mold and there's no pool or mini market. The price for laundry is outrageous $3 to wash and to dry.

Me and my family have been enjoying our stay at Extended Stay America Melbourne-Palm Bay Florida for the past 4 weeks. The hospitality from staff members (Angie & Dominique) have made our stay here very comfortable. You best to believe, that I will always make Extended Stay America a place to stay when I come to Melbourne-Palm Bay Florida. Room #212

I was pleasantly surprised with this place. We stayed 6/14/24 and had been on the road and extremely tired. I wish I could remember that young lady’s name who checked us in that morning she was very accommodating and had great customer service. The room was very clean and large. The bed was ok for a night or two but not so comfortable for longer. It is situated in a plaza right across a Sprouts and walking distance from other restaurants and stores. Overall, it is a great overnight stat with a pleasant staff to lay down after a long day on the road or flying in.

Very welcoming, close to stores & restaurants only 15 min to the beach. Rooms very clean and spacious ,Lobby was well kept.Staff was very friendly.,And courteous. And gave us great ideas to do with the family..Pet friendly .. Will definitely be back out next trip.

I always enjoy my stay at this hotel 4450 Hollywood Blvd, everyone is always nice, But for the first time I'm disappointed because somehow the ceiling in the bathroom was dripping heavily with dirty bathroom/toilet water from room above me??? (I was in 206) had to drop several towels on the floor, and it smelled! Jessica the receptionist ask if I wanted to move rooms but I was cooking! Never thought I'd have to make a bad review but this was horrible!!! :(

The first day we came in the AC was already bad and basically not working. Then we let them know and they said they would fix it buy sending a technician. After the technician came and said he will fix it, and to check and let them know if its working or not later. We went back to the room and it was even worse, and when we went to the desk to tell about it. The night giy said there is nothing he can do about it. He will send another technician. At that point we were done. They didn't give us another room and we had to say 2 days with AC problems. The room service was nonexistent and the whole room was basically humid and sticky floors, disgusting! Oh also expect granola bars and coffee only for breakfast!!!
