Staff was extremely friendly. Room was fantastic and clean. Cleanest room in a hotel I've seen in a long time. The front desk women was amazing helped us find stuff to do and places to eat and the cleaning crew so polite and ready to help with whatever we needed. I was absolutely amazed. Thank you for making our getaway vacation perfect.

The staff at this location is the best. They are involved, take ownership of any issues and help the guests with everything. I want to especially recognize Kayla Martin. All interactions with Kayla are very pleasant. Kayla is an energetic and enthusiastic team member that makes the guest feel like they are her only priority. A special thanks to Kayla and the entire team.

Large, clean room. Friendly and efficient front desk staff. Nice comfortable bed and great bathroom. And a price that can't be beat. We drove an extra 20 minutes heading south on I-95 and cut the cost of our stay in half compared with other hotels we checked.||Room had a full fridge and freezer allowed us to get our ice packs frozen again. We both highly recommend.

I was really impressed with how clean the room was. I have stayed in other hotel brands that was twice the price or more and the rooms were not as clean! Kudos to the housekeeping staff and the front desk staff. It will definitely be my first choice when making a trip to Melbourne!

This was the cleanest hotel we have stayed in, in a very long time! We've stayed in other branded hotels that weren't half as clean. The bed was comfortable ane the bathroom was very nice! This hotel will definitely be our first choice when heading to Melbourne

The hotel was clean and nice. The walls are thin so you hear everything but that’s not surprising. They are pet friendly, and near restaurants so that was a bonus. The staff was less than helpful and didn’t really go out of their way but it didn’t impact our stay.

I relocated to FL from NY and stood at this hotel. Room #428. It was so refreshing to be greeted so nicely here and my month & a half stay was great. I wish I could remember all the names but the staff was awesome! I’ll start with my favorite which was Stephanie. She was so kind, helpful, & always greeted me with an excited smile. The best!! Maria was so sweet as well. The lady with the glasses at the front desk, & I think manager but not sure the lady with the short cut hair. All so nice. The lady who cleaned my room most the time which was a Hispanic lady with curly hair that me & my daughter nicknamed smiley because she always had the biggest smile on her face was amazing! She cleaned our room thoroughly each and every time with a smile on her face, no complaints, & left nothing lacking. I wanna say thank you to all the staff that I came across in my time staying here. You are all greatly appreciated and it means a lot to me to have such great customer service. :-)

If you are looking for just 1 night this is not the place. They cater to the extended stay guest. I was also frustrated that they did not have sugar at the "coffee" bar. I drink my own cup of tea at night, I just don't carry sugar. They only had artificial sweeteners. The lady at night was not pleasant and advised me that she had been off for the last 2 days, opened a closet looked then shut the door and said well the "coffee bar" is not supposed to even be open. The morning lady was kind and I was told they were out and would not have any until the end of the month. 🤷 Not sure I will stay at another extended stay. This is the 2nd "bad" experience. I stayed at one last month and came back to my room and the door was not shut. I called downstairs and the manager came up to enter the room. The person who left the dishes in the room did not fully close the door. So the manager gave us a free night for the incident. Well the next morning my son was sleeping and the cleaning lady came in the room and was standing next to the bed, shaking the bed, telling my son he had to leave. The manager again apologized and said he told everyone. To me this could have been very dangerous for the employee. Unexpectedly shaking the bed of a sleeping person could have caused an incident.
