This hotel is great! Very cleanly! All of front desk were nice and very understanding. The housekeepers were sweet and attended to anything I needed. I also meet with the manager of the hotel and she was very sweet as well and checked my family in smoothly I appreciate all the staff, as I have been a housekeeper before I know how it works and how hard of work you all put in and coming from other hotels this has been the best experience here! Thanks so much for a comfortable stay!

ESA has everything you need! It’s clean, it’s also new and modern. The rooms are cute (just a little on the smaller side). But they have everything you need- stove, fridge, pots and pans etc ( you just have to ask for them, at no extra charge) The staff was super friendly! Jeremy was very kind and gave me an extended late checkout at no extra cost. Everyone was super nice. I stayed for work and felt safe and comfortable and had everything I needed. I will definitely be back for my next work trip!

On my first visit to the hotel, I was under the impression that it had just opened and was brand new. However, my excitement quickly turned to disappointment upon discovering dried blood spots on the floor and blood smeared on the wall near the window and AC unit in my room. Despite my concerns, I was unable to have my room comped as it was booked through a third party. I requested a comped room for the following day, but was informed that only the general manager could authorize it in the morning. The next day, I decided to book directly through the hotel, but to my dismay, nothing was comped as promised. The front desk staff assured me that the issue would be processed and refunded, but I did not witness any action being taken to rectify the situation or inform the general manager. Despite being given the general manager's contact information and leaving multiple messages, I received no response. It was disheartening to see the lack of communication and responsibility within the establishment, especially considering it had just opened. I expressed my concerns to the night crew, but it seems that the message did not reach the general manager, as he was unaware of the situation the following morning. I took matters into my own hands by cleaning the blood myself after requesting a towel and disinfectant spray from the staff. Overall, my experience with this hotel was disappointing and disorganized. I had hoped for better service and communication, but unfortunately, I will not be returning or recommending this establishment to others.

I was very impressed with the staff. Zarah, Parker, the manager and housekeeping have been very friendly, caring and accommodating. |The rooms are very nice, love the pillows and beds. I'm leaving from my 2nd stay here and will return here, if needed, over any other hotels in fort myers. |I appreciate everyone very much!!

Stayed by myself for a work trip and the front desk was very accommodating! Brittney the assistant manager was very polite and was happy to answer any and all questions I had for her. My room was very clean. I will definitely be recommending this hotel to all my friends.

Brand new hotel, super friendly staff, and clean rooms. What more could you ask for? Everything was perfect and there's even a Starbucks located next to the hotel which was super convenient. This will definitely be my go to hotel anytime I'm in the Ft. Myers area. Thanks again!!!

This hotel met my needs, location, amenities, and service. 2 employees imparticular were awesome, Parker - front desk and Mary in housekeeping. Parker came to my room to show me how to unlock the stove top child safety lock. Mary did everything with a smile. She made me feel good. Overall one of my best experiences in a hotel ever. I'm 65 and not easily satisfied. Yeah you know the grumpy old man. That is me.

Fantastic rate for a very new hotel with large rooms and comfy bed. My room is very clean, and the full sized refrig very handy. Finally, there's conveniently Whole Foods & Publix minutes away, and Coopers Hawk Winery for a nice place to grab a drink. Would definitely stay here again
