You get what you pay for, I paid around $140-150 for two nights. The rooms have mostly ambient lighting, which isn't too bad. The water pressure was slightly weak but overall good. The interior could use an update, but the room itself was fine. The AC was nicely cold, and I had to turn it off a few times. The staff was friendly, which was very much appreciated. The downside was seeing about three cockroaches during my stay. Overall, it's good in a pinch if you're not too picky.

DAWN IS VERY RUDE & NEEDS CUSTOMER SERVICE TRAINING!! Dawn the "team lead" was a headache and nightmare to deal with. I arrived around 1:30 in hopes of an early check in (they have accommodated this for me in the past). Since it's slow season in AZ, I figured it wouldn't be an issue. I waited 5 minutes before a team member came to the desk. Dawn came out and greeted me with "what?". I told her I was hoping for an early check-in and said I was willing to pay an additional fee. She didn't break eye contact with me before saying "no not at this time. They are still checking the rooms. Nothing I can do for you". I had to choice but to sit in the lobby and wait until their 3pm check in time. WELL... at 1:55 a gentleman comes in and different staff woman with braids checks him in right away with no issue. I step back up to the counter after waiting 30 minutes and Dawn comes out of no where and refuses to let the woman check me in, Dawn insists on checking me in herself. She huffs and puffs the entire check in process. Asking where I work, who I'm with , do I have pets.. when it's very clear I am alone, no kids / pets and no extra guests. She was extremely RUDE! I went up to my room for only 15 minutes to shower before I went downstairs to retrieve my belongings from my car.. I see Dawn placed a sticker on my tinted window in 100+ degree weather. It damaged my window & I am still unable to get the dried on gunk removed. This woman needs a reality check or a new job!! I immediately left and found a nicer hotel that has FRESH LINEN and NO MOLD SMELL.

I was in Phoenix for a month for flight training at the CAE Phoenix Training Center. The Extended Stay at 3421 E Elwood St. was the perfect location, never more than a 15 minute drive to/from CAE. ||My room on the 3rd floor was clean and quiet, and included a small kitchenette and mid-size frig, and desk (for the many hours of study). The hotel did not have a "spa" or workout room, and was not near any grocery stores, but I had driven to Phoenix so I found a local Y and Walmart. Also, the parking spots were plentiful, but very narrow. And the free "grab & go" breakfast was nothing to brag about, but Waffle House is a short walk. ||All in all, it worked for me.

Thank you to Ebony for her service and consistent kindness. She asked us right away how we liked our room and when we shared concerns about a lingering cigarette smell, she worked on switching us to a different room to make our one night stay more enjoyable. The hotel and room its self is fine and did the job.

My wife and I got back from our honeymoon a day earlier than our apartment would be ready for move in. The manager Vanessa Guzman and hotel staff welcomed us with open arms! Not only did they allow us to check in early but they had the most beautiful arrangement set up for us in the room. They covered the bed in rose petals in the shape of a heart, had a Bouquet of flowers on the counter, a personalized card welcoming us, and chocolate kisses/rose petals scattered around the room. This was such an amazing presentation! So well thought out! Thank you all so much! You made our experience amazing! 🥰🥰🥰

I’ve been staying at this Hotel for a few months and have nothing but great things to comment about it. Vanessa and her staff always exceed my expectations, going above and beyond and consistently provide the level of customer service and professionalism you would expect at a Hotel. Housekeeping leaves my room impeccably clean every time, and maintenance has been outstanding as well. The facilities are always well maintained and the beds are very comfortable. 5 stars

Hot garbage, the grab and grow breakfast that was supposed to be out until 9 AM was removed at 8:45. The woman at the front desk told me her name was Dawn even though her name tag said something else, the manager made my reservation the day prior, knowing the situation with my animals however, the day of my arrival of my reservation, I got a phone call before arriving stating that I needed to find somewhere else to stay because they couldn’t accommodate me – I offered to rent a second room and then all of a sudden it was OK for me to stay there with my two dogs and one service animal

I recently stayed at the Extended Stay America in Phoenix, Arizona, and had a generally positive experience. The room was clean and comfortable, with a fully equipped kitchen that was perfect for my extended stay. The staff was friendly and helpful, and the location was convenient for my needs. My only suggestions for improvement would be to add more amenities, such as a pool or fitness center, and to improve the Wi-Fi connectivity in the rooms. However, overall I was happy with my stay and would recommend this hotel to others looking for a comfortable and affordable place to stay in Phoenix. Rating: 4/5 stars"
