I had a great experience here. I was helping a family with temporary housing and the staff were so helpful and kind. Shatrice went above and beyond to help me and the family on check in day and followed up to make sure everyone was taken care of. The family stayed for 2 weeks and I was able to meet almost all of the front office staff. They were all just as helpful and friendly. The manager really cared and it showed. I will definitely recommend this location again to any of my co-workers, family and friends that are visiting Orlando.

I have had an amazing experience staying at this hotel with the help of Shannon. Shannon has been the kindest person and has helped whenever I needed it. She is so full of character and I enjoy coming back from work to speak to her about our days! Thank you Shannon, for helping and being an amazing part of our adventure out here

Amazing staff! This place is very clean like I think one of the cleanest places I have ever stayed. They were always cleaning and accommodating. The staff makes this place though, I hate I didn't get their names. We stayed for 3 nights and would come back. You can walk to Universal from here not a bad walk. There is a security guard but I loved that. It's Orlando a very busy city that can happen. If you are looking for some where affordable, safe, and clean you found it. Breakfast was muffins, grits, oatmeal, and coffee plenty for a small quick breakfast. :) 10/10

First of all, the location is excellent if you’re on vacation to go to Universal Studios and the surrounding parks. The staff at this extended-stay are amazing. Everyone is so helpful and friendly. I had an issue with my television remote control, and it was taken care of immediately. I think the assistant name was Shannon, she is an absolute delight, and Elisha was exceptional in her knowledge of the area. I’m not sure why the reviews say things about bugs and rats, because in my four days that I stayed at this property I saw neither. Everything seemed very clean and well-maintained. Would definitely stay here again. Highly recommended property.

Our Experience was nothing short of Incredible. Shannon went above and beyond to ensure our stay was Nothing short of wonderful and that we had everything we needed during our stay. The room was very clean and spacious as well as a Great value .Out of all of our stays at other places This one was by far the Greatest . Thank you Shannon for all of your dedication and hard work! We will definitely be recommending this hotel to family friends and others !

The hotel looks old. I have been travelling for 2 weeks today, have always stayed with extended stay because they have nice and clean rooms and also a kitchen. I ordered food earlier because the restaurants might close by the time I reach the hotel. When I reached, the hotel staff said that it's their hotel policy to not leave the food at the lobby so they might have thrown it in the trash. Just because I was late, she said that she gave my 40 dollar food back to throw away, never heard of this policy before, was just very disappointed with them.

Positive: The staff at this hotel were amazing! Very friendly and helpful! The location was great and we had an overall great experience. After reading some of the reviews before booking I was a little nervous, but we had an excellent stay. Thank you! Negative: There was nothing we did not like about this hotel. The only thing that could be improved on is the overall cleanliness, but it was by no means filthy. We had clean sheets and towels. Did not see any roaches as some reviews claimed. Negative: ""

I have been staying in hotels in Florida for more than 7 years and more in Orlando because of my children's activities, never, ever have I stayed in such a dirty hotel full of cockroaches that come out everywhere, the bad smell, the dirty sheets Part of the free included breakfast was coffee and some cake, nothing more, and the worst thing came one night and a police officer at the entrance that I have never seen in any hotel playing with his cell phone. I don't complain about the very nice staff, eager to help at all times, always with a smile. very niece. Seriously, don't stay in this hotel or the cockroaches will walk around you and you'll wake up with them. Terrible hotel.
