I have been staying at Extended Stay America for over 6 months and it truly feels like a home away from home. The staff treats you like your their family. The staff make sure that you are comfortable by providing you with everything that you need during your stay. The staff also makes sure you that you don't want for anything during your stay. If you ever come and visit this location you will be well taken care of by the staff. From the front desk, to house keeping, and maintenance , they got you. Thank you so much for making my stay a pleasant one Rodelyn, Michelle, Yvette, Allison Manuel, Angela, and Manuel.

Place is trash. They say there’s a breakfast but it’s just snacks. Have to make oatmeal in cups. Muffins and coffee is the breakfast here. Staff just looks at you for long periods of time and not say a word. Floors are filthy. Homeless people constantly walking around. Stay away if you care about yourself. I had better in jail js.

I absolutely love this place. I can bring my kids and my puppy and everyone is happy and safe. Always smells so clean everywhere and never have to worry about anything being out of order or unavailable. Max and Ivy at the front desk are amazing and so kind. I dont think there is a question I have asked (I've asked a lot) that they do not have a quick answer for. Everyone is so sweet to my hyper puppy. The parking lot is clean and safe for him. Maintenance response is super quick and housekeeping never misses anything!! This is our 2nd stay and we came back because Tiffany is a great example of how amazingly this place is ran. So professional!! Will always come back here whenever we are in town.

Great staff and great all around experience. Great location. A lot of stores nearby. The hotel has pool for kids to enjoy. They have grab n go breakfast. They have on-site laundry room and fitness center. You can always exchange towels at the desk.

I recently stayed at this hotel and it was an incredibly disappointing experience from start to finish. First, the hotel advertised a free taxi ride from the airport, but I never received it. Despite calling multiple times, no one answered, and I had to pay for an expensive Uber instead. Upon arrival, the hotel immediately felt sketchy and unsafe. As a solo female traveler, I felt particularly insecure. On my first day, I encountered two different people who were clearly high and drunk in the elevator, forcing me to take the stairs every day despite being on the third floor. The room itself was disgusting, with a horrible smell upon entering. They claimed to offer basic amenities like plates, cups, and forks, but I had to buy my own pot because they didn't have one available during my stay. The plates they provided were dirty. To top it all off, my key card stopped working one night, and there was nobody at the front desk to help. I ended up having to sleep at another hotel. I would not recommend this hotel to anyone. The lack of service and security made my stay extremely uncomfortable and frustrating.

Room I stayed in was filthy, with stained carpets and dirty linens. It was evident that the housekeeping staff had not properly cleaned before my arrival.” The hotel is extremely dirty and poorly managed.The hotel seriously needs to evaluate options for improving general cleanliness. Had one of the worst experience in my life. The staff are terrible....front desk was the worst and indifferent.. I went for business and they have no consideration... I wanted to write more but i think it is waste of time.

It’s not the fanciest but the price is more than reasonable so I’ll have to say you get what you pay for. What sets this place aside from other places I’ve stayed is that EVERYONE is so nice. Workers, guests, everybody. The “feels like family” experience was it for me. Jakhia and the rest of the staff will make you feel at home.

Max and Ivy and all of the front desk people are very nice. No coffee, must take out your own trash to dumpster. Could use new carpet throughout, just spraying freshener is not helpful. Safe stay. I have lived here 3 1/2 years. Additional discounts for residents should be alloted.
