I stayed at this location while transitioning to my next location and the experience has been peaceful and wonderful. Tina has been very kind, professional, and welcoming, she truly made the stay very pleasant. Angel cleaned my room and gave it that refreshing it needed, he is great at what he does! Everyone on the staff is great and friendly, something truly needed in today's day and age. The rooms are clean, no cigarette smell, and the surrounding area is also clean, a plus! Many blessings to everyone here and if you're considering staying here, just do it!

I had to check out of this place early because it was not bearable. It reeks of cigarette, and the halls smell like a mixture of cigarette, vomit, urine, and grease. Long term residents must be cooking up a lot of bacon every day because the door to my room had a greasy slimy feel. If you need a clean hotel go somewhere else. The staff was very nice though, and understood my problem and refunded me for early check out

I booked a room here as it was a convenient and affordable option compared to the others in the area. I arrived pretty late to check in however all of the doors were locked and it seemed like there were no employees. I was very worried that I would not be able to check in, so I called customer service. They informed me that there was in fact an employee on sight, so I guess the employee just didn't hear me pulling on the locked doors. I went back and luckily a kind soul let me in using their key. I walked up to the desk, lights were off, there was an employee present but she was not in sight. I rang the bell, no one came out. Rang again twice, no one came out. Finally after being highly frustrated I rang the bell several times in a row and an employee came out. She was nice but the check in process was slow. My biggest problem was thinking I might not be able to check in after driving 30 minutes to get here and scrambling to find another hotel at that hour. I won't consider this hotel in the future, there are many other hotels that offer a fast, stress free check in.

I loved the customer service at this hotel, especially from Monica, she was always kind and friendly, making sure we always feel comfortable and attending to our needs. The place es also really safe and really well located. I”ll definitely come back

Professional, timely, friendly and courteous!||After a long day it was great to be greeted by friendly faces. The staff promptly and with a smile attended to all my needs. ||The room was immaculate, comfortable and everything was in working order. ||I could cook my own meals if I wanted to do it. ||I also felt safe and secure within and outside my room.||It was such a great experience that I decided to stay an additional night!||Thanks Cristine!

2 people with a queen size bedroom should get 4 pillows/2 pillows each but our room only had 3. We called for additional pillows and they couldn’t do anything for us. More than that, the kitchen information stated that if you needed any kitchen supplies, simply call the front desk and they would deliver it but instead they made us go down and pick it up ourselves. Other than that, check in process was fast and the room was decent and idk if it was the lack of pillows or the bed itself but it was a very uncomfortable sleep!

Staying here for several months due to work, everything has been smooth and the front desk is always friendly and helpful. Tina is amazing, always has a smile and is very professional. Rooms are decent size and room service is great. Location is great.

The front desk is very helpful in whatever you need. They are very polite and try to make sure you are comfortable. They are also connected to the American Cancer Society and they go out of their way to make sure everything goes smoothly with them.
