Extended Stay America - Omaha - West - Featured Reviews (462)
My husband is currently staying for work and I stayed with my young children over two weeks. All staff was very pleasant and accommodating to us. I was apprehensive at first because the negative reviews but I am glad I checked for myself. We have been able to save money due to not having to eat out since it has a full kitchen and again all staff was pleasant from the Manager to all front office and housekeeping and maintenance. I did not encounter any rude staff all very nice and engaged with my kids. Thank you for the pleasant stay. My husband is extending his stay rather than seeking a room to rent because of how comfortable he feel. They have laundry on site which was so helpful and you can pay with a debit card. Check this place out don’t go by the reviews they were very off in my opinion.
Location was close for what I needed and not that far from downtown. The staff was very hospital and comfortable to be around. Rooms were surprisingly clean. Overall was very impressed and would definitely stay here again
Bizarre experience. Arrived a little early to check-in, to find no one at the desk, until an electrician working for the hotel went to get someone who still took ages to get there. Told me check-in was at 3pm, which was fine by me, and I asked if I could leave my bags until later (which, at any other hotel I have ever stayed at, has been totally fine). The staff member just said ‘you should take them with you’. I asked again, baffled, and they just repeated it and then walked off saying something inaudible.
That instantly put me off and I rebooked at a reputable hotel in the centre. I can’t speak for the rooms since I never actually checked-in, but my gut instinct was telling me to avoid and abandon the booking.
We booked a room in a crunch because we were planning on visiting the zoo. After traveling 4 hours and arriving at the hotel, we were told our original room wasn't avaliable due to maintenance but they offered us a smaller room for the same price that couldn't accommodate our family of 6. Obviously, a one bed room isn't going to work. This wasn't our fault, but they wouldn't issue a refund or work with Expedia to get us our money back. I get strict refund policies, but this is robbery making us pay for a promised service they couldn't deliver on.
Update: I finally received a refund after great effort. I'll change to 3 stars because I got a refund, but I'm avoiding Extended Stay America.
Positive: close to the event we came in to town for Negative: Needed much updating.; faucet water flow was poor, no extras. Would like to have a coffee maker in the room. Would very much like to be able to check in earlier.
Harassment received from hotel staff & Manager. Violated American Disabilities Act. Had to find alternate lodging. Original stay was for 7 nights. Stayed 1 night & 1 full day. This location charged for full stay. Will need to file claim with credit card company for fraud.
This hotel deserves zero stars. Hotel staff very unfriendly. Violated American Disabilities Act by not recognizing service animals with documentation. Charged credit card for extra dates committing credit card fraud. Beware of this location.
The staff was great. Steve( maintenance manager), Steve's assistant(forgot his name), Lilly, Ebony, the guy that works nights(I never got your name, but you are the best). Jamie and I had great conversations with.
I really hesitated on writing this, because I know leaving a negative review/comments will hit me in the future with Karma. So I'm choosing my words wisely. I had one problem there with one desk worker. Her name is Ronnie. Ronnie isn't a people's person. She belongs watching over inmates at a prison. I tried being humble to her, but it was like being humble with a brick cold wall. Walking passed her in the hallway I felt very bad vibes from her. Whenever a food delivery person would pass the desk, she would be out there like a guard on a prisoner. She has absolutely no people skills. Management has a judist among their staff. Like I said, im choosing my words correctly.
I've been reading many reviews. It looks like Management replies but nothing is being done about the complaints. It's like Management is telling people empty words. Words that sounds great on paper, but that's it. Management, please don't reply to my words with your empty words. I had better replies from a pet dog I once had. And his words were meaningful.
CrossFit Hydro is the place to be to reach the next level of your fitness journey. The staff are unmatched, Justin and his team formulate amazing workouts, able to push even the best athletes. While also having all of the equipment and scaling to all
I didn't give 5 starts on food because we only had the fetira with honey, but the menu looked yummy.
I called ahead and took a large group to do the Ethiopian coffee ceremony. A lovely young woman with a beautiful smile in traditional dress roasted t
