Extended Stay America - Oakland - Alameda Airport - Extended stay hotel in Alameda - 1260 S Loop Rd, USA

Me & my family came here to stay for 2 weeks. Checking in was great & we had so much patience with the morning lady. The rooms were spacious & clean, just kinda missed one piece of trash but no complaints at all about it. We did have to ask once or twice about complimentary shampoo & soap for two or three nights. The service here was very great honestly. The hotel staff were very helpful when we had two or three questions. The night lady was such a huge help when my snack didn’t want to come out of the machine. The morning lady was very nice & helpful when we needed basic things for the hotel room (ex. dish soap, dishes, trash bags, & towels!). The housekeeper lady was very nice to allow us to use one of the dustpans & broom to clean up the dirt from inside our room. They were very understanding when the cable went out for a while & we wanted a bit of help with it. The location of this place makes me feel safe to walk around the hotel during the day. I love watching the airplanes landing & taking off. I really love the ducks and crows here.

Erin, kalia and maintenance man Nick are absolutely great, and the manager also. I had a couple issues with my room during my stay but they got the issues fixed as fast as they could and with proper fair accomodations following. Would definitely recommend. Overall decent rooms and pretty quite area surrounding the hotel other than the airplanes passing through periodically.

The management staff at this location is totally non existent! They never respond to their guest emails who write them emphatically, attempting to reach out to alert them to whatever it is that is bothering them. They’re never on site, which is nothing like they experienced at other ESA properties. Finally, they do the absolute “bare minimum” to make things right and/or to take care of their long term residents/guests that are paying a huge premium to live here. TOTALLY UNACCEPTABLE!!!!

I didn't actually stay here but I visited my cousin here. The room is decent worth a full bathroom and a kitchenette bed couch chair very comfortable. No continental breakfast. If you don't have a car you will have to door dash everything because it's hella far off 98th. Also really close to the runways. I didn't hear alot of plane noise though but I was only there for 30 minutes.

Positive: I really did like their kitchen and the kitchen equipment. You know you can eat home cooked meals for a hotel can you believe that. And staff is awesome very friendly very nice and always helps you with what you need. Negative: Honestly not that I didn¿t like it but I would¿ve preferred it to be different is the tv I came with my ps5 console and the tv looks very small and old fashion Negative: ""

1) My room was great. Clean, spacious, quiet. 2) Couch was broken down and needs refurbishment or replacement--I couldn't sit on it. 3) Coffee table was broken. 4) TV "wake-up" feature didn't adjust to Daylight Savings Time and I got up an hour late for a meeting 5) Saturday night the lobby and surrounding areas wreaked of marijuana 6) Check in went well 7) Too many residents 8) I've never heard so much noise from any room in any hotel--there were multiple rooms playing music so loud it could be heard from one end of the corridor to the other. 9) The whole permanent resident aspect made the hotel very "sketchy" and "ghetto," and this is why I would consider another hotel. Take away the residents and this hotel could get a 4 or 5.

This hotel is awesome and has very good people with the best costumes service!|Rooms are always clean I love how they make you feel at home. Front desk are easy to deal with I have no trouble on relying on there help to get the most accurate information.

the manager is the only reason why she’s rude. i can understand that you’re busy but to talk to your guests in the tone and way that she talked to me is ridiculous. accommodate your guests. i work in a hotel and i would NEVER talk to them like that.
