Extended Stay America - Norco - Extended stay hotel in Norco - 3265 Hamner Ave, USA

I recently had a wonderful stay here at Extended Stay America and wanted to share my review. From the moment I checked in, the staff was incredibly friendly and welcoming. The room was spacious and clean, with a comfortable bed that ensured a good night's sleep. The hotel amenities were also top-notch. What impressed me the most, however, was the exceptional customer service. The staff went above and beyond to make sure I had a pleasant stay. They were always available to answer any questions and accommodate any requests. Overall, my experience at this hotel was fantastic. I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable and enjoyable stay.

I chose to stay here as I found a good deal online for summer deals. Never heard of this brand but decided to give it a shot. Wasn’t the most luxurious hotel by any stretch but it was very good for the price and loved the value. Loved the kitchens and large fridge in the room. I was able to cook and store a lot of food and drinks. Check in was very easy and even though hotel was busy at check in time, Freddy and Abril took care of me and everyone in the lobby. They were very energetic and bubbly and that is very rare to see nowadays. I honestly loved the staff and it made me want to leave a review here. They were awesome!

Came out to the area from Los Angeles for a little work and a little rest and relaxation. Hotel was quiet, city was quiet so I was able to get rest. Staff was so nice! Abril at front desk was so professional. Freddy cared so much about his job and helping! Loved how they cared and made me feel good about my choice to stay here! I had to return back home.

Got to say I didn’t have highest of hopes with this hotel when I chose to stay here for a couple nights. I know this hotel as it used to be a Woodspring suites and I liked it so decided to give it a chance now as extended stay. Hotel was very clean on outside and good impression. Hotel staff was lovely and greeted me. I checked in easily and had a nice room in 3rd floor. Wish they had better breakfast options but all in all I have to say it was a nice surprise that the hotel lived up to my expectations. Will stay here again!

Have to say I had a wonderful stay here at the extended stay America Norco hotel! Staff was funny and nice and it felt as if everyone was there to truly help. It was a nice room and I was able to get some pans to cook in my room which was a plus. Hotel was close to many places to eat but also felt quiet for being in Southern California. I had never been to Norco but it was a nice pleasant stay.

Loved my stay here as it was comfortable and a nice little getaway for me. Only downer was that the time here was super hot. However hotel was nice and staff was friendly from the beginning. Interactions with all staff was great. They were helpful and assisted me with my luggage. Breakfast was very light in items but I have to say I enjoyed my stay because of the staff!

What a terrible experience here. They say first impressions are everything and this was awful. I showed up and waited at front desk as it was empty. I was waiting 15 minutes before someone showed up to assist me. Not sure what was going on but that’s ridiculous just in lobby waiting. Then next day, staff wash very rude to me and not engaging at all. Not sure why but I felt like I was viewed as a bother and that’s sad from a hotel perspective. Hotel room as well was not clean, the floors were dirty, my fridge was nasty and smelled gross. I’m not sure if it was even cleaned. Bathroom had a weird odor and just gave me a vibe that this hotel staff didn’t care and doesn’t clean. Learned my lesson to not stay here ever again.

Positive: It was safe, well lit parking lot and exterior was in good condition and appearance Negative: Urine and hairs on the toilet where the lid and base are connected. Hair in bath sink, Microbial/chemical spray smell in the room, tacky floor with debri. Other reviews very similar- so definitely manager/owner is responsible and does not care to fix.
