Very strong odor throughout the property needs to be addressed. Took the employee over 15 minutes to come to the desk to assist me when checking in. Lots of noise and partying happening in the parking lot late at night.
Manager at the front desk and lady’s that work in the evening super cool and joking always said hello when I can Back from work. Over night person super rude like I inconvenienced them when my card didn’t work at am other than that would stay here again
First off less start by saying this hotel does false advertisement it does not look online how it is in person. First thing first I was here a while, It was OK at first, but the management start again horrible using Folks and didn’t want nothing but money and I haven’t seen a roach in 30 years , not only that we switched rooms twice and it still was roaches in the room. I have videos and it was people coming in our room. I have videos of that I don’t care what it is. I will never again stay here again in life and I wouldn’t recommend nobody to stay here and their management is not good. You can’t find OK noone overnight. No one‘s there you have people walking in going to people rooms trying to get in I’ve seen it. They have mold in the rooms the management is horrible. So if you guys thinking about having this longer to think about, what are y’all gonna do to get the hotel better because right now it’s not gonna make any money then how it is right now. And what about you guys sign that was took him down Brooklyn Center extended stay is not worth the money that’s all I’m gonna say again
Staff was disrespectful, room was dirty, range was filty dirty, everything I cleaned turned the rag black. Only one staff member had a great attitude. Guest relations was very rude, hanging up on me 4 times. Wouldn't even accommodate me for the very bad service. My 4 year old even said they was rude. Wouldn't let me in my room after they locked me out to get my belongings so I can check out. I will never stay there ever again and would not recommend this hotel to my dog...
I travel for work a lot and always try to choose Extended Stay America. So far I've been to 20-30 different hotels of this brand nationwide. All hotels are different. But this one among the best. First of all it's clean starting from lobby and finishing your bathroom. I always get clean towels (when I say "clean" I mean they are actually as white as snow with no stains and hair on it) In general this location is very quiet and safe. My room was spacious and everything was working perfectly fine ( AC, fridge, stove.….everything). If I needed something ( extra towel, trash bag or tissue ) frontdesk ladies always helped me. I appreciated my every day in this hotel and I want to express my deepest gratitude to GM Evette Davis and all her team for making me feel at home during my stay. These people care for real. If I'm back to Twin Cities I'll definitely choose this hotel again.
The worst service I’ve ever experienced at a hotel. The front desk turns around and disappears after finishing with guest, I’m standing right there. She’s less than 5 feet away behind a wall. After standing there waiting for her to come back for several minutes I say, Hello? Instant reply can I help you? Later I come down the stairs and see her through the window on the door at the counter. As soon as I open the door she spins around and disappears? Worst service ever! And the hallway and room smell like cigarettes
When I had originally checked in everything was going smoothly. But after I entered my room it smelled of hamster cage. I went to the front desk and manager Evette explained to me that she had just taken a shower in that room so there was no way it smelled. Well I’m my opinion she must have smelled bec why else would it have smelled so rancid. When she told me she just showered in the room my first question was why she didn’t have it cleaned and prepped for my stay. Her response was simply bec she didn’t get paid enough to clean it, So dirty it will be. But the kicker is when I found what looked to be cocaine residue on the sink. Again she denied this but said it was bec she cooks in the bathroom. So I guess what I’ve gathered is it was flower or a cooking ingredient of some sort, but that’s a hard one to believe when her snot had been dripping onto the front desk. Not sanitary at all and it smells bad inside.
I had a very terrible experience staying here. Came in on Friday no single pots for guests to use they expect you to improvise or wait till someone checks out to get a pot. They said it’s a nonsmoking but you could smell smoke in the vents and was uncomfortable to sleep. The restroom wasn’t properly setup with the basic things other hotels provide. The receptionist was constantly out of reach at the lobby. I will never advise my enemy to stay there. It’s absolute waste of money and discomfort.
