Location is good - that is the only nice thing I will say about this location. The building is old, dingy, and dirty. My room smelled (as did the hallways). I had no utensils, pots, or pans. I had to ask for them despite the site advertising a fully stocked kitchen. I did not feel safe - I paid for a month but left after 3 nights. Glad I paid for insurance. Don't stay here unless you enjoy skid row.

Everything from the time I have checked in has been amazing. The access to the highway makes it easy and convenient for me to get to work while I search for a more permanent abode. The hotel staff has been very friendly from sunrise to sunset. In the afternoons I can come to the room feel like I am home and cook on the small stove area. The full sized fridge allows me to make a weeks worth of groceries and not have to worry about going out daily to buy essentials. I would definitely recommend this place for long stays.

The worse customer service I have had. Spoke to the hotel staff directly. She started the call with no greating, acted like i was bothering her by calling. I called to extend our stay by 1 day (departure on Monday rather than Sunday). This was far enough in advance. The front desk clerk would hold the phone out and talk to the manager. I could hear every nasty comment they were saying about me. Finally put the phone back to her ear and said nope, booked for Sunday (even though I call the 1-800 and chevked online, and there are still rooms available). Asked if we could switch to 2 queen rather than 1 king for just the nights we were there then. Again a conversation between staff with the phone still in ear distance. Finally asked to speak to the manager that she was clearly talking to. Manager was Elizabeth. Very pleasant manager, but certainly needs to train staff in courtesy and shine a positive attitude towards their guests. We are your paycheck. Where I did have a positive experience was calling the corporate office to file a complaint and to cancel out rooms.

Ccola is a fantastic manager. Hands down the most professional and courteous, extended-stay manager, that I have ever had the pleasure of staying with. I travel a lot with my business and choose extended stays, because of their rates, and the ability to cook my own food. most of the time you have to deal with a few drifters and such hanging out in the parking lot however, Ccola ran a tight ship. I felt safe, The grounds stayed immaculate, and the hotel was clean. I definitely will be back.

This place is terrible. From the lying staff on down. The rooms are smelly and outdated. The barrage you with everything they don't do for you as a guest when you check in. Like they are proud not to help you with anything. I wouldn't stay here again they paid me to do so. The staff aside from one lady at the desk are horrible and not welcoming at all. Sorry you have to check people in and pause your conversation. This place fails in everyway!!!

Booked a room for two days, didn't even make it through one day. Had been in my room for about 2 hours before I saw a bed bug, then another one appeared about a hour or so later. We took pictures and videos and informed front desk of the bed bugs and asked for new room, basically told us there's nothing they can do either stay there and wait until the morning for a manager or get another hotel. We packed up and went to a better, cleaner and bed bug free hotel. Floors were also dirty, they didn't sweep or mop after last guest so there were crumbs everywhere, heard people arguing, dogs barking, etc. On our way out we inspected the bed again and saw 3-4 smaller almost clear colored bed bugs crawling across the bed. All around terrible experience that only lasted 4 hours, thankful to have been able to afford another hotel. No care or help from staff regarding bed bugs, this place needs to shut down.

Just stay away||Not sanitary at all, very run down…the outside of the building is very misleading.||I can’t believe they are trying to charge $80+ a night for this, Milwaukee has no shortage of hotels do yourself a favor and stay anywhere else. I asked for utensils just to see what they would give me for the room, the skillet was rusted out with scratches and the room was no better.

My first room was clean and comfortable. I moved to a room with a king bed on the first floor and the refrigerator still had rotting food in it, the floor was filthy with crumbs and bugs and mirror in the bathroom was dirty. I had no choice to stay so I went and bought cleaning supplies and cleaned the entire room. Front desk said they can’t find cleaning staff. Once I cleaned my room, it was a nice stay, the few times I saw someone at the front desk they were pleasant.
