Hello, I hope my opinion is of great help in choosing this place for your next stay. I am a regular traveler and I always choose this hotel. For me, the benefit of being able to prepare my own food is wonderful since its kitchen is comfortable and has everything necessary for its use. The staff is absolutely friendly, especially Andrew, who always answers any questions and always provides help. The cleanliness of the rooms is well taken care of. You can rest easy. There are no noises or bad smells. It is an absolutely familiar environment. And they welcome your pet without any problems. It is a 10 for me.

Let me start with a roach. YES. You heard that right. I saw a roach in the bathroom. This is the first time I saw roach in the hotel room. I stayed there only one night. The night we arrived, the toilet was leaking from the caulk. I reported it to front desk and asked to change room. He gave me credit because there is no room available. Overall room looks so dirty and uncomfortable that we did not even want to pull down blanket. We just slept over it. The bath tub had hair when we arrived. The roach story was in the morning before we checked out. I reported front desk while checking out and they just go ‘OK’. Also, free breakfast was not breakfast. It was mostly snacks. They did not even have coffee ready. They had muffin and bar. Never again will I go to Extended Stay America.

Conveniently located minutes from American Dream Mall and MetLife Stadium. A bit dated, this hotel was just gross. We stayed on the side facing the highway; very loud. The bathroom was dirty. Toilet had urine and flith on the base and dead bugs and sticky stuff all around the back of the toilet. There were crums in every corner of the entire room. The TV had dirty hand prints all over it. The walls had sticky stuff on them. Everything was dusty. I took pics and went to the front office. The night reception person was apologetic and offered 10% off and gave me the managers card. I assumed it would be taken care of the next day.....nope! Came back to hotel from a long day spent at the Dreamworks Waterpark, and walked up the stairs and in the hallway I see our bathroom garbage bag on the hallway floor along with animal feces and other stuff I couldn't identify. I put in a call to the reception to have the garbage and feces remoned....it was still there when we woke up the next day. Upon entering the room from our busy day, I noticed it was still dirty. Dead bugs were still behind the toilet bowl, and the past guest pubic hairs were still present. The absolute bare minimum cleaning was done . The floors were still sticky and dirty, full of the same crumbs from earlier. This location houses displaced people, and there were some shady people around the entrance doors sticking rocks and other objects in so as to keep the door open and available for whom I have no idea. I couldn't wait to leave this place and WILL NOT be returning to this dirty location.

If I could give this place negative stars, I absolutely would. We were driving back from North Carolina and arrived at the hotel at 12:15am. I had a reservation all set and ready to go. We got there and the doors were locked. For the record, I had 3 kids with me in the vestibule. There was a phone to contact someone at the front desk so I picked it up and let them know we were ready to check in. The girl was super rude and told me we don’t check anyone in past midnight. I told her I had a reservation with TripAdvisor and she went on to reiterate that they don’t check anyone in after midnight and to call whoever I made the booking through. |So i of course then called TripAdvisor, only to be told that the hotels policy is to check in at 3 PM, which is why they wouldn’t check us in. This is absolute BS. Every hotel in existence has a check in time where you go there after that time, but if you have a reservation, you get there when you get there, as long as it’s after check in time. This was truly the most ridiculous thing I’ve ever heard. Nowhere on the website did it say anything of that nature whatsoever. I will never use TripAdvisor again, nor will I ever book with an extended stay hotel. I’ll be sure to let everyone and anyone I know about my experience.

If I could give this place zero stars I would. The halls wreak of cigarettes and the rooms are DISGUSTING. I had to switch rooms twice and they were no better. The fridge was stained yellow but that wasn’t the main problem. The problem was that who ever cleaned the room needs some help. There was long black hairs on the towels, a dirty towel still hanging from the shower, black hairs in the bed, some kind of lemon seeds on the floor, paint stains on the carpet and goop on the remote. I changed to the extended stay which was about a mile down the road. It is night and day, the place is so clean and beautiful. Front desk is very kind and the rooms are SO much better. Clean, beautiful bathroom and great kitchen area. You have been warned, if you want a clean, up to date place go a mile down the road and do not stay here.

I immediately saw the place was pretty much run down, didn't smell right, carpet was filthy, the walls paint was from the 1980s and It took literally 20 minutes after ringing the bell several times for somebody to show up to check me in. Then after I got to the room, the bathroom faucet was clogged and full of dirty water, then I requested a second room, when I got it there were no blankets or pillows for the sleeper sofa, I asked for them and they told me they were none available so that was the straw than broke the camels back, I cancelled the reservation and got out of there as fast as I could. I'm never going to go to this hotel or chain again.

During my recent stay at extended stay America , I was consistently impressed by the exceptional service provided by the hotel’s customer service especially natali at the front desk. From check-in to check-out, the staff exhibited professionalism, efficiency, and genuine hospitality. Upon arrival, I was warmly greeted by the front desk staff who efficiently processed my reservation and offered detailed information about the hotel amenities and local attractions. Throughout my stay, whenever I had questions or needed assistance, the customer service desk was always accessible and ready to help. One standout experience was when I needed assistance with arranging transportation to a nearby attraction. The staff not only provided clear directions but also went above and beyond by arranging a car service that made my visit seamless and enjoyable. Furthermore, the team’s attention to detail was evident in their proactive approach to ensuring guest comfort. They promptly addressed any concerns I had with the room and consistently checked in to ensure everything was to my satisfaction. Overall, the customer service desk at extended stay America sets a high standard for excellence. Their professionalism, attentiveness, and friendly demeanor truly enhanced my stay and left a lasting positive impression. I highly commend their dedication to providing top-notch service and would enthusiastically recommend this hotel to fellow travelers.

I am disabled in a wheelchair the Ada room was spacious, to say the least. Staff treats me with courtesy and respect. Family. Highly recommend. I read people complaining about the breakfast as a perk members price was up to 104 but never more in fact, much less than hjs stayed for over a month. This is not the Ritz, but it is far from a dump. The employees often are out helping guests. The last hotel had no breakfast lied about Ada. There was no working phone in the room for the entirety of the stay and cost more than 2x here. This is an upfront hotel offering exactly what they say kitchen large fridge on a site laundry with towel and optional kitchen amenities upon request. As a technician, wifi is available and as good as the most basic home with about 85/100 or better. Currently, I have 173/173 5 ghz service. No complaints 👌
