Gross I think even if had cleaned the shower it would be gross dirty towels dirty sheets. I had to put my own blanket down and sleep with no covers. I worked a 17 hour day and just wanted to lay down and get rest instead when I got there they asked me 25 questions like why are you staying doesn’t matter. Then had to deal with the room being completely nasty wake up in the morning to go have a was promised to be free breakfast granola bars, and a muffin and I do one muffin left. I understand you get what you pay for this room was fairly inexpensive, but I wouldn’t have paid $20 to stay here. I wish I would’ve slept in my truck.

Let me preface my review by saying that I just recently closed my hospitality design firm after 40 years. I designed hotels of all major brands throughout the US and Eastern Europe.during my career. I always like to recognize stall members who I feel go beyond that which is expected and subsequently make the guest’s stay a bit more enjoyable. Jessica is such an individual as she was efficient, pleasant and most respectful. A true asset to the franchise.

Customer Service was good. Room was clean and comfortable. Bed was horrible. The mattress was either old and completely worn out or it was very cheap. It was extremely uncomfortable. It was bouncy and you could feel and hear all the springs in the mattress. I expected much more for a queen suite. I will likely not stay again solely because of the mattress.

I booked a room over the phone through their corporate office, received my confirmation and when I got to the hotel they had given my room away and my confirmation and the fact they charged my credit card didn't mean anything. I was basically told "tough luck". I spend thousands a month on hotels and travel through many states and I've never experienced such an inconvenience by a hotel. Now all the hotels are booked in this city and I'm basically having to sleep in my car the night before a business appointment. This seems like a hotel you cannot rely on and it's not worth the possibility of loosing your reservation. I recomend customers go with a hotel that doesn't treat their customers like this and to stay away from this place.

Mini apt with full size frig, microwave, sink, 2plate stove top. Cabinets really great to make your own meals

The staff was great, the room was large and for the most part decent. The bathroom wasn't cleaned properly at all. The toilet, bathtub and sink were all dirty with hair, toothpast, and soap all over them. All the counters needed a good wipe down. All in all the room wasn't bad but the housekeeping could be much better.

Was a bad check in, was given a room we couldn't find may have not existed at all based on the room numbering Everything was dirty, and nasty food was in the fridge from previous occupant. Will not return, I would rather sleep in my car if I have to choose between that place and my car.

Rooms were dirty couch was filfty and broken down. Ice maker didn’t work. Rented 4 rooms for family get-together. We had fun and appreciated the roominess of the rooms.
