Extended Stay America - Los Angeles - Ontario Airport - Extended stay hotel in Ontario - 3990 Inland Empire Blvd, USA

I had a wonderful experience here! The front desk staff were incredibly helpful and always greeted us with a smile. It’s rare to find such a genuinely pet-friendly establishment, and our dog was treated like a guest too. Thank you for the help and good service. The overall experience exceeded our expectations. We felt valued and well taken care of throughout our stay. Will be coming back in the future for sure. This place truly understands how to make their guests feel at home.

The smell of the lobby and the stairwells consist of cigarettes, weed, and mold. Elevator was out of service so anytime you enter or leave the place you have to breathe in those smells. The rooms have cockroaches. Our sink had pieces of chicken from the previous guest who stayed there. There was mold all over the walls in the bathroom and on the bathroom door. Absolutely the worst place I've ever stayed at. The pool was also closed which they don't mention on the website. Overall it was terrible.

To start, the staff here are all remarkable and so friendly. Micheal the manager is very professional and displays compassion at the same time. The front desk staff are amazing and instantly make you feel welcomed. Luz was training a new staff worker, Demora, who was eager to learn. Both were exceptionally friendly, knowledgeable and even though their system was down, they did not hesitate to get me and my 2 fur babies into a nice air conditioned room instead of making me wait until system was back up again. And all with a smile on their faces. Maintenance was working hard hard at his job but did not hesitate to come over and offer my dogs pats and attention that they were seeking. Room was very clean and smelled good. When passing housekeepers in the halls all offered friendly smiles and "hellos". All employees made me and my dogs feel welcomed. Would have no problem recommending others to stay here.

So far we have had great service. The staff is very friendly and helpful. We have actually extended our stay a couple times. It’s great being able to cook a balanced meal for my kids instead of having to buy fast food for many meals. Everything is provided. Whatever kitchen amenities that you may need. Laundry facility on site is probably the cheapest I have encountered staying anywhere. It’s pleasantly quiet as the wall are quite insulated compared to any other hotel we have traveled to, keeping out any unwanted noise. And super convenient to get to the freeway…always a perk!

BEWARE...This hotel was very disappointing. Roaches in rooms, Dirty Carpet, Broken tubs, and housekeeping doesn't take trash out of hallways or clean daily. No sign or instructions that customers are to take their own trash out. You won't see management for days, if at all, and coffee is non-existent if you don't get to it in the first 10 minutes they put it out. Tastes like mud if you do perhaps get a couple of drops. Most of the staff don't know how to use the printer. (Frustrating). I felt like I was at the 1970 Roach Motel. For the money you pay, the service is HORRIBLE. Pay a little extra to GO SOMEWHERE ELSE. You definitely won't be able to say you weren't warned.

The hotel is run down. Not very clean. We were in an ADA room. The drains in the bathroom didn't work well. Set above tile so the floor always had standing water. You have to take out your trash yourself to a smelly overflowing 50 gallon cans. I had to ask for kitchen wares & coffee maker for the kitchenette. They didn't have all of the stuff so had to wait for it. If you wanted room cleaning you have to pay$ extra or do it yourself. I do not recommend Extended Stay America. It's worth it to pay more for a better hotel.

Corporate, my name is Jeremy Carpenter and i am a somewhat frequent guest at your hotel... Give this staff a raise. Please. They work their butts off and remain down to earth, everytime is stau here. The reason i stay here is the staff. Period. Now i forgot some names but remember one in particular. The other lady works 24/7 and never takes a day off, i am so sorry i forgot your name..||Arlene and staff... Very helpful. Extremely chill. Professional. And in need of a raise!!! Thank you for once again making my stay a relaxing one that i enjoyed

My family and I absolutely loved our stay here at the Ontario location. The staff, especially Luz, Faith, Sarah, Lissette and Lucy are staff just to name a few that were so kind and helpful. Thank you to all the staff for your help and great customer service! You are appreciated :)
