My family and I couldn’t stay here after we checked in due to the cleanliness of the room. As a precaution, I checked the beds and cleanliness of the rest of the room. There were old blood stains on both mattress covers which was unsettling, and the carpet was full of stains. I went to the lobby to let the front desk know, and Angelina and Cameron were very accommodating. They showed us a different room which also wasn’t up to our standards. They were very understanding of our situation, and I can’t thank them enough for their kindness. Great staff! Rooms just weren’t up to par, unfortunately.

We left Universal Studios at closing time without a plan in place. This was the first place we called, Angelina answered and was so accommodating. She was cheery and empathetic and exactly what we needed to hear, a very friendly voice. She was an absolute peach from the moment she picked up the phone to the last exchange we had where I asked for her name to make sure she was properly praised. She was personable and really made our potentially tough night a breeze. The location is great, 15 minutes from the park and in an area that feels reasonably safe. The room has a comfy bed, the pull out worked great for our kids, and the full kitchen made it easier to save on fast food.

Angelina at the front desk was the highlight of my stay. She greeted me with a smile and was so professional. I called the front desk and she was so pleasant. I asked for more towels and she delivered them herself. That’s going above and beyond for your guests. She made my experience perfect, despite the room being mediocre to say the least.

I loved my stay at ES, I had the most amazing weekend and my room was clean. The amenities made my stay more convenient and the area is great. Nikki at the front desk was a sweetheart and helped make my check out hassle free and quick. 10/10 would come back again.

The place needs a good cleaning. The floor I my room was dusty, dirty, and full of pet hair (my white socks were black after a hour. While during my morning meditation I lit a incense and when I open my door to get the watered downed coffee, the bald janitor got a whiff and snitched to manager of smelling a unusual odor, they banged at my door and I allowed them in which I felt uncomfortable due to me being alone. After they checked and left, stating that no incense are allowed, I left my room later that day and opened the door and WOW! The smell of trash was overbearing and nauseous. You could smell it in the lobby. The janitor must've thought I was smoking dope, and looked so funny when he saw differently. Don't waste your money, bring family, or stay here.

2/5 I recently stained here, when I arrived here we asked for a room availability the front desk said he had few rooms left for the night we decided to stay since we were tired from the drive we needed to rest. When we get to the room the room seemed if like someone was already been there, there was a towel in the bathroom floor and the lights to the bedroom were on, I called to report it they said they were going to make a note of it the next morning went to grave continental breakfast and there was only hot water left for Hot cocoa I asked the front desk again for a bar and she said that was all for the day. I never got a discount or a call back from management regarding this issue.

The initial room they assigned to us had not been cleaned. However. They were quick to apologize and gave is a new room. Although the front desk attendants were very friendly and it was a quick and easy check in Rooms can use some updating.

An honest business should not offer a cheesy gift bag when checking in to bribe customers to write a good review for the hotel, but that is what happened. There were roaches in the room and it was so dirty. The trash room was piled with overflowing trash and the hallways had food on the floors. When asking for towels the lady at the front desk was so rude. This is a roach motel!
