Worst motel experience I’ve ever had! Took four attempts to even get a key to open a room. First room hadn’t been cleaned. Next room supposedly had, but there was dog hair all over the bed, bath was so stopped up you had to stand in sludge, door didn’t lock, and room was overall filthy! That’s not even mentioning the fact that workers were remodeling a room on the floor right above us at 11pm! They didn’t even try to be quiet, but instead were hollering to one another, hammering, and throwing wood on the floor and generally being extremely loud and annoying! Please don’t make the same mistake we did. DONT stay here! The place should be shut down by the health department!

Under new management, staff and housekeeping were very nice, my room was clean and newer, will definitely stay again.

Housekeeping was consistent, room was very clean and in comparison to other budget friendly stays in the area, this is a 5 Star. Checked out to find cheaper rooms nearby and they were all filthy SMH. Needless to say I fled back, would stay again.

The best thing I can say about this place is the cockroach in the bathroom was small. Coming in it looked like a third world bus station; trash and leaves fluttered across the entrance, the windows were smudged and when I put my hand down to sign in the writing area was sticky. The elevator was the next bad experience, the light didn't work so it was unclear if it was working. I tried the stairs, but several people were sitting there blocking the steps and ignored my request to move. The halls were dirty, trash was spilling out of the big garbage cans which were not emptied the three days we stayed. The room was somewhat cleaner, the cockroach was slow and soon killed, the bed had fresh sheets and the pillows were small but comfortable. Unfortunately there were only three of them. There was no TV Remote. I went down and asked the desk clerk for one and he promised to bring it up. We waited, 30 minutes no remote. Waited another 17 minutes and went to the desk. The clerk promised again to bring it up. The mini-suite had a full sized refrigerator, microwave and stove, but none of the pots, silverware or plates that one would expect. There were no further problems and the AC unit worked well. The next morning around 7, I must have hit the mini-breakfast jackpot, I got a muffin and two power bars along with the see-through coffee. I never saw food on it again. I really feel for the folks who were in-transition and had to stay for more than a few days.

I requested a pet friendly room with my reservation, but it wasn’t noted at check in. We got to the room, and the floor was still wet and smelled strongly of disinfectant. I was okay with that because we did check in a little bit early (20 minutes before official check in time). I specifically booked this hotel because of the “fully equipped kitchen” they advertised. I wanted to cook for my kids over the weekend. There was NOTHING in the kitchen…not even disposable cups in every other hotel room in America. So, we had to change plans and go out to eat and get some microwaveable food. When we went to freshen up, there was only ONE towel in a room for four people. When my son went to get more towels, the front desk person told him he couldn’t get more towels without turning in old ones. After explaining about the single towel, he said she begrudgingly gave him more towels. When my daughter in law went to heat some queso, she opened the microwave to discover the glass plate covered with old food and mold. When I went to look for more toilet paper, I found the other towels in the room…old moldy towels under the sink in the cabinet. We were supposed to check out Monday morning, but we decided to cut the trip short and go ahead and check out Sunday night. There was NO ONE at the front desk…and I waited over an hour. I called the hotel number from the lobby several time to hear the phone ring and ring. Someone was finally called in to cover the front desk. I explained why we were checking out early and showed her pictures I took. She said she would forward all the information to the manager. While We were happy to be together over the weekend, it was overshadowed by the disappointing room.

I had stuff stolen out of my room. It looked like housekeeping had come in and stripped the sheets and taken the towels. My best guess is that they left the door open. They took a number of bags and a backpack. All my toiletries and a couple of pots and pans. The hotel just said it had to be my fault. I distinctly remember checking the doors as I left because I was going to be away from the room for an extended period of time. I travel for a living and am very conscious of safety in hotels. Would that in mind the hotel is subpar and should really receive less than one star. It smells. There is no security. They have cameras in stairwells that do not record. The only camera that records is the one at the front desk pointing at the employees. The fire alarm in my room was replaced but they did not add a battery. When I asked to have one added the front desk just looked at me like it was my problem. I ended up having to put duct tape over it. While staying there the elevator broke down. No communication on when it was to be fixed. For those thinking about staying at the extended stay a mile or two away you'll have the same problems. It's not worth your possessions or your life to stay in one of these hotels. I cannot give them a worse review.

Do not stay here!!!! Feels very unsafe and it is a very dirty hotel. First floor window didn’t lock while I was staying there. Roaches throughout my room, alive and dead. Non smoking rooms smell like packs of cigarettes were smoked in them. I personally had to leave the hotel to buy bleach and cleaning supplies because of how dirty the room was. Floors in the room look like they haven’t been cleaned. Stairwell smells like old fish and garbage. DO NOT STAY HERE ITS NOT WORTH YOUR HEALTH. Definitely not up to current CDC guidelines by any means. I will attach pictures

My room was not finished. Bed was undone, pillows were put on table. No bath mat. Had reservation for room booked two weeks ago. Was charged $81.93 extra. But again room was booked two weeks ago. My amount was $245.78. I know about the deposit. But I shouldn't been charged an extra weekend amount. I want a refund for the $81.93. And corporate needs to check these buildings. No business from your customers that means no job for you. I am not happy. Also I'm not from here so this is the last time I will stay in your hotel. I had to make my own bed also. For the money I'm paying out to your facility I should be happy. Again I want my refund for $81.93 immediately and I won't be back.
