Extended Stay America - Jackson - Ridgeland - Extended stay hotel in Ridgeland - 800 Ridgewood Rd, USA

I have been living here since June 30th 2024, so far I have had no issues with my room and the staff is really great. I will stay here longer if possible but I am in search of a permanent place to live. I will recommend others like family and friends that Extended Stay America is a great place to stay either for one night or longer if needed.

I didnt stay but i visited this location unfortunately. Just the walk up to the doors and the appearance of the place both outside and when i entered put me off to ever renting from here. The reasons are: Poor ventilation. No elevators. Im not sure how this place is ADA Compliant. The front desk agent said they put the disabled on the bottom floors if they have room. But the disabled cant visit relatives or friends if they are on the top floors. Thats not cool. Its very dim on the inside. Especially when you get to the hallways. Its dark. Its gloomy. Its depressing. The air is stale. The furnishings, carpet and paint are all very dated. The stairs are extremely steep going up to the third floor. Its a certified no.. never.. ever.. for me. This is the type of hotel that would be the perfect setting for a Steven King horror movie.

Positive: "" Negative: There was no disclosure about them not having an elevator. The host was to lazy to get up to keep checking the computer because it was glitching. I explained to him that I was disabled and it didn?t give me an option online to choose handicap accessible.

The rooms at this location are very clean and smell great. The service was amazing at this location from start to finish. Ricky made my check in easy and convenient. We talked about how much I love coffee and he started my day right by providing me with my own coffee maker for the room with enough coffee, cups, sugar, and cream for my stay. During my stay Chris made sure I was right at home. He made sure I had pots and pans to cook with. He went the extra mile and provided the dishes and utensils although I didn’t ask for them. I decided to stay another day! I could not help myself. The next morning Danielle got me checked in right away. She was polite, friendly, and the entire desk this morning was full of smiles and ready to work. If you are ever traveling in this area book here. The location is safe, close to food, mall, shopping centers and more. Signed A very satisfied customer

The staff has been Amazing ! Clean , Friendly , Safe . Demetrius the kind woman that Welcomed Us here . Made checking in a Breeze , she was very kind and answered all our questions . Would stay here again . Location 800 Ridgewood Road , Ridgeland Ms.

Excellent nice staff friendly spacious helpful would stay again when visiting. I enjoy my coffee in the morning while talking with management. She is the nicest and most helpful. The staff goes out their way go make sure my room is clean and I have everything I need

The front desk staff was great but the room was dirty. Room smells so bad. The carpet smells bad and has stains in. Bed was comfortable.

I was very disappointed with the customer service, the cleanliness was not suitable and the hallways smelled of dogs and other stuff, we were told that even though they advertised a fully functioning kitchenette, that they were out of utensils, cookware and etc. There was no housekeeping if your stay was less than 14 days. If you needed anything you had to leave your room, go all the way to the front desk and retrieve what you need( provided they had anything), you had to remove and discard of your own trash. Ppl had literally turned the hotel into an apartment complex. Ppl in and out constantly leaving the exit doors propped open all day and night. It was awful and we were told that our reservation couldn’t be moved bcuz we had checked in already! This use to be my go to place whenever I came to the city but not anymore!
