I have stayed here some time ago but I visited today as an instacart delivery driver and I just had to say that Willy at the front desk at 8:45 or 9PM today was doing his and seemingly a few others jobs without missing a beat. That man deserves a raise! He was Johnny in the spot for several guests ahead of me and I needed a luggage carrier to take my large order upstairs and since their cart had just been in a trip upstairs he ran and got a laundry bin for me to use then he had to fix the elevator!!! Yes this man that was working the front desk ran to laundry got me a bin and YES FIXED THE ELEVATOR for me to get upstairs! Without leaving any guests waiting to be served. That man was truly an inspiration and shining example of excellent customer service!! Keep up the good work Willy!

This place is a very good value. Location is very convenient, with easy parking. Great for longer stays, with clean guest laundry facilities near the lobby. Staff is friendly (esp Jada and Liz). I feel like I’m paying for what I care about and not paying for stuff I don’t care about. Very satisfied.

First, LaTanya was very polite, professional and knowledgeable of the FEMA checking in process! She went above and beyond to make sure my reservations went through and even helped me! When I got to the room Ms Sandra was still cleaning! However she told me I could come in while she finished my room! She was excellent with her service and we even had a conversation on life! Overall I’m happy with my experience while just checking in and I’m looking forward to my stay now and the future!

The worst hotel of my life... I arrived on July 3 at 11:50 PM and the hotel's front door was closed... I had to call the front desk to let them open it and no one answered. A guest opened the door for me and after waiting about 15 minutes, someone appeared to check me in. Everything, absolutely everything seemed like something out of a horror movie, walls, elevator hallways. The room had almost no lighting, The whole room smelled like cigarettes and all my clothes were impregnated with that smell, the furniture and lamps bought from the Salvation Army, all old and disgusting. No one cleaned my room while I stayed in that hotel. Breakfast? HaHa a coffee maker in the lobby. The worst of the worse.

Absolutely love everything about staying here! Rachel, Maria, Liz, Jada, LaTonya, all the housekeeping staff and maintenance are a amazing team to keep this hotel running. Always smiling and friendly. Bonus....never ever have I seen a roach!!! Fyi been here 5 moths.

I suspect this 3 floor property has been purchased and is awaiting demolishing to be replaced by a skyscraper. From the outside and the convenience of an extended stay efficiency, it appeared good. The lobby is impeccably clean and pleasant. The interior paint beige color is awful. The drapes are relics with the backs looking like a collection of jigsaw puzzle pieces. The air-conditioned works and is exceptionally loud. All in all, very run down and dowdy. The staff were very nice and helpful.

Worst extended stay America in Houston. Rooms are not inspected after move out. Roaches are not controlled. There was a month of trash, food wrappers under the bed. The shower curtain was filthy and took them two weeks to change it after reporting it. Then, the replacement curtain was too short creating a pool of water on the floor. They only clean the room thoroughly every 14 days and they don't supply any bathroom cleaning supplies or tools. I would never book here ever again.

The 1st room we got was roach infested, the door looked like it had been forced open with a crowbar, and the pull out couch would not go back in. After discussing the issues with the front desk they had no issues putting us in another room which was bigger and seemed better. In this room we only killed 2 roaches. The pull out couch worked and we didn't have to put a chair behind the door to feel safe. HOWEVER, we requested a handicap room because my partner was having surgery and we were staying for a few days just in case before we drove back home and the handicap room doesn't have a roll in shower. The tub was peeling. The bathroom wall was coming apart. The window was broken/cracked and on the bottom seal you can see outside. I was trying to work from the room but where the desk is located there are no outlets. So I moved my things to the counter by the kitchen however one of the outlets didn't work and the "table/desk" was slanted. The carpets are disgustingly gross so make sure to bring some flip flops to walk around the room in. And last but not least don't rent a room here if you have nice tires or rims. We walked out on the way to the hospital and a car was left of cinder blocks with all 4 tires gone and this is while they had someone parked outside 'on duty'.
