Extended Stay America - Fayetteville - Cross Creek Mall - Extended stay hotel in Fayetteville - 4105 Sycamore Dairy Rd, USA

Good location and friendly staff. Was looking for a hotel with a pool while the grandkids were visiting. Bobby was helpful getting us moved to a different room when we had issues with a smoke smell in the room and on our floor. The "breakfast" left a lot to be desired. I also was not aware of the house keeping being once every 2 weeks but everyone at the desk was helpful in swapping out dirty towels for clean ones. I would stay here again

Ugh! Will not stay here again! First off, the hotel smelled like a locker, what us that all about?! Not sure who the clientele are, but it also smelled of pot and extremely noisy, inconsiderate guests. The room was absolutely gross. Sticky floors, uncomfortable bed, stained carpet... nothing positive to say. Located near restaurants at least 🤷

Cockroaches, Homeless, and Crackheads! Do NOT stay here. The rooms wreak of stale cigars, weed, and cigarettes. The homeless and crackheads come in and hang out in the lobby, outside, and out back by the dumpsters. Look and you’ll see their mattress. This hotel does not offer a continental breakfast. They do NOT even offer housekeeping! Stay away!

Positive: The location was great. Close to Fort Liberty, the mall and plenty of restaurants. Very quiet typically. Negative: The room was not cleaned well. We found clumps of hair at the bottom of the shower curtain. The shades on the lamps were broken. But the biggest was the fire alarm hanging from the ceiling. And I mean unattached hanging. Negative: ""

I am here traveling for work and have been staying at this hotel for a little over a month . This hotel is Roach infested, the HouseKeepers doesn’t clean the rooms properly, the carpet is dirty , the appliances are very old and Outdated, and the hallways always have a bad smell. recently the staff has removed the handles to the doors in the back of the hotel and also deactivated the key reader so there is no point in parking in the back parking lot . Very unprofessional !

This hotel is terrible, it’s not clean, fire detector was hanging down in the room, the toilette roll holder was broken off the wall, it was a nasty kitchen, couch and bathroom. I will never stay here again. The personnel in the parking lot were creepy, there is a small parking lot in the front the fills up and if you have to park in the back none of the doors work so you have to walk around with all of your stuff. The hotel is extremely dark.

I'm just going to say this and leave it hear. If you stay here. You're nasty!!!! Went to a hotel that's in their chain of hotels before coming here and I was able to view before purchase. Didn't suit my needs due to the smoke smell and the AC didn't. So...I decided to come here which cost more. I went to the front desk and asked to see the room before purchasing and the lady said NO. She said I have to purchase first and if I don't like it, then I can ask for a refund. I ask will the refund be immediately. She said that she don't know but it could take a few weeks. After I said no thank you, and I got my card back, she recommended I go somewhere else that was boogie. Mind you I'm a 36 year old black man with his life together. Everybody isn't nasty and cheap. But yes...I took my business elsewhere!
