Extended Stay America - Fairfield - Napa Valley - Extended stay hotel in Fairfield - 1019 Oliver Rd, USA

I scored on location as minutes away from where we need to go. Laundry set up and very convenient. Staff has been awesome. Rescued my cousin from a horrible hotel so this place is great. No serious hip pain from the bed so decent mattress. Room and bathroom were cleaned. Very nice. Thanks so much Lynnai has been especially wonderful 😊 really like her

My BF and I thought it would be fun to stay here because they have kitchens. The room are rather outdated, and not the cleanest. As in - the rugs are stained and there is a small odor when you walk into the lobby. It smelled a bit in our room but not as bad as the lobby. We had a lovely dinner - and breakfast the next day (courtesy of my BF - he’s an excellent cook). The tv is really small - I have to say the bed was pretty comfy ! Shower works good- good strong spray.

The hotel is great. Binesh is amazing he helped take care of anything I needed, always polite and willing to help. Service 10 out of 10.

Dark, dirty, outdated rooms. Far too expensive I checked out after 6 hours. I couldn't stand it. The fire alarms went off twice, about 3 hours apart. It scared my little dog so bad. I hated this dark, dirty, stinky place. It cost me $200.00 for 6 hours. I had to leave before the place burned down!

Bare knuckles hotel. No ice machines.. they tell you to go to the convenience store/gas station next door.. don't come expecting anything already in your room, you have to ask.. it smelled of smoke in the hallways.. it served the purpose we needed a place to lay our head because we were staying the night in the area

I had long stay at the hotel, good size kitchenette and very supportive staffs. Sharon and Angela provided best customer service

Awful experience. The first room wasn't serviced. The phone didn't work to contact the front desk. The staff wasn't willing to help. The whole place smells like tobacco. No free WiFi!

Well to begin with, bugs found in bed first room,demanded a new room. No glasses, two Dixie cups, hot plates to cook on, no cook ware? The bed is a lumpy as highway 99. A terrible place to stay! I would not recommend this hotel to anyone! Attendant service was accommodating. Not my cup of tea at all! You have been warned!
