Me and my husband checked in, to be given a dirty room. And I don’t mean just dirty, I mean the room was not cleaned since the last guest. Bed unmade, towels on the ground. Then we got a different room, same issue. Then the manager sent the front desk person to the next room to inspect it herself. It appeared to have been cleaned, until I immediately went to use the bathroom to find urine and toilet paper in the toilet. We asked for a full refund and went to a different hotel immediately. This obviously caused us to pay much more than we expected since we booked the first hotel so far in advanced and booked the second one on the fly.

Absolutely the worst experience ever!!! The hallway smelled like pot smoke,, the room linens were not clean. Had no hot water in the shower , as for their advertising free breakfast.. thats a joke!!! Unless you consider a coffee bar with packaged muffins breakfast !!! My experience..stay away from this place!!!! And to add 1 more .. the refund I was promised was a 7 to 10 day process ... after 12 days and no refund I had to chase my money,,then the refund I was originally promised was short because they changed me an extra night,, after I had checked out due to unsatisfactory accommodations!!!! Absolutely the most horrible experience ever!!!!

Good: next to highway entrance/exit. Bad: Outdated. Arrived to check in and internet wasn't working so I had wait approximately 20 minutes to check in. Key card didn't work most of the time to open front door and room door, I was told in the front desk that the front door closes automatically for security reason, which does not make any sense when the back door and side door were open 24/7, not only unlocked but wide open .Carpets floor are dirty. Not a smoking free enviroment, of course they advertise the rooms as "smoking free" but once you enter, the lobby and aisles smell of cigarettes and marihuana. The door on the cabinets are falling apart. Bathroom is all stained. No complimentary breakfast, just bagels. I couldn't find another hotel so I had to stay here. I also rented a room at their Woodbridge location for family members and they also had a bad experience. The photos off the facilities on their web page must be from when the hotel recently open. It is not in the same conditions as in the photos

When I booked I was told there is someone at the front desk 24/7. I explained I would be checking in after 1am. I was told that would not be an issue. I arrive at 1:40am. No one is at the front desk. The sign says be back soon. I call the main line at 1:50am. They can’t reach anyone either. I wait and try calling the front desk. Someone emerges at 2:05am looking like they just woke up, tell me they can’t check me in until 3am. I am told that if I don’t checkin at 3am I’ll be charged for the room regardless. I leave and come back at 3am. No one is there again. I repeat the same steps. She finally comes out and checks me in. I get to my room at 3:30am. The room smells awful. The sheets and towels smell like they haven’t been washed in years. I won’t even unpack because I don’t want my stuff to smell like this disgusting room. I’m so grossed out, but will rest here for a few hours and get out FAST. Do not stay here. You’re better off sleeping in a car. Yuck!!!

Pathetic experience. There was a strong smell of smoke in the entire hallway. The shower was leaking, and the bed sheets were not clean. This was one of the worst rooms one can book. Please avoid it at any cost. After canceling my reservation, the hotel didn't refund my money and is scamming people with useless policies.

Only what I would describe as putrid. First thing I see when I walk in the room is the kitchen sink that looks like someone threw up in it. Smelt awful, hasn’t been cleaned. I went to clean it, when I filled it with water the sink clogged. Some weird orange hunk stuck to the bathroom floor. Next thing I noticed was a dead fly on the table. I went to call the front desk and make a complaint but the light side table didn’t even work! Plugged in and everything, just completely fried I suppose. I went to take a shower and the curtain rod mounted to the wall is coming undone so I couldn’t even close the shower curtain without it sliding open again. I stayed from 10pm Saturday, and left first thing in the morning 7am Sunday. I left in a hurry to get out of that nasty room and I left my own bed pillow behind. I called around 9pm that same Sunday night and the front desk clerk said room service never brought that in, that’d I’d have to call in the morning to talk to a manager. An absolute waste of money. Would’ve been better sleeping in my truck.

Best Value for money. Excellent services. Professional, polite and caring staff. Nice and well maintained rooms. I have stayed in extended stay hotels at other locations as well but ESA Edison simply stands out from the rest. Unlike other ESA hotels, things are very well managed here. Staff really takes care of guests. Rooms are nicely maintained and properly cleaned. The property is newly constructed and provides a luxury ambience. Manager RamKrishna Pal is really helpful and prompt in resolving any issues guests are facing. Thanks to ESA Edison for making my month-long stay so comfortable.
