The GM Jude is top notch he runs a tight ship and I have never stayed at a cleaner mid budget extended stay type hotel. Clean rooms, Helpful staff, excellent service. We left a hotel from hell and found this diamond in the rough.... Close to everything and more... 100% recommend this hotel GREAT STAY.. |You can feel safe staying here and know your nights sleep 😴 will be comfortable and relaxing.

Honest reviews here! I am sick of every time I research motels they are all half 5-stars AND half 1-star, half say the best and half say the worst, so while travelling this summer I am going to leave honest reviews along the way to help real travelers make a decision! |That said, this Extended Stay in Denver is an average choice for a decent price in the Denver area. Great location, close to a lot of food, shopping, etc.... |The room was clean but did have an odor, in the hallway too. If I were to guess I would say they maybe just recently shampooed the hallways (hard floors in room) and kind of musty smell, but everything seemed clean. |Plenty of parking, even if you have a trailer, and there are overflow lots. |We had the room with a kitchen, and fridge and stove and microwave all seemed in good, clean and in working order (no coffee maker). |Beds were very nicely made and bedding and pillows were all soft, clean and comfortable. |Staff was helpful and courteous. |Grab and Go breakfast may be the area that need the most improvement! Just coffee and prepackaged muffins, that was it! Our little guy was disappointed and hungry. No cereal - hot or cold, no juice, no fruit, no bars.... just a muffin. |But over all, worth the budget price (around $120) with clean rooms, good location and ample parking. But plan on going out for breakfast before starting your day!

We have been staying at this hotel for over 3 months now. I have to say this is a special place; everything from the front desk to the housekeeping is on point. We can always count on Jane at the front desk to help us with any small needs we may have. Lorenzo and Hunter really keep this place safe at night. Rooms are always clean, and the exterior is swept and cleaned regularly. We have worked with Emmanuel and Jude, who are both extremely helpful. We had a minor issue with our refrigerator, and it was replaced promptly. The location is amazing; it's within walking distance of the Park Meadows Mall, with a large number of restaurants within walking distance as well. Overall, this hotel is in a great location with great staff, and we really enjoy staying here.

I moved in this hotel temporary while I looked for apartment in the area. The hotel is very clean. The room is very cozy, the kitchenette has enough space to add your own kitchen gadgets. Great crew running the hotel. Beginning with the general manager Jude, Jane, Lorenzo and Hunter rock in the front desk, always available with a smile. I highly recommend staying here if your safety is a priority.

I stayed here over the weekend and was surprised I had never tried this location before then. I have stayed at several locations and I have to say this location has the best staff when it comes to guest relations. I would like to give Jane 5 stars all the way around. She went above and beyond what was expected. The service she provided is service every employee should learn. Friendly, professional, knowledgeable and understanding of ones needs. Very sweet lady and I thank her for her assistance. In the future when I stay at this location I will make sure she is the one in duty! Also the young man with long braids was also very courteous and helpful to me. The rooms are clean and housekeeping was also the nicest I have ever encountered. Willing to provide towels when requested where other properties always have an issue when asked for extra towels or sheets. I was only planning on staying for the weekend but I returned and stayed 3 more days. Thank you to this property for making my stay hassel free. I will be back again in the future!!

I have been staying here for about a month and have had such a good experience. The staff are all friendly, especially Jane and Jude. The room was in great shape when I got here. And the other tenants have been very kind quiet. It has been my best experience in an extended stay hotel to date!

After nearly a month here, I have received so much love and kindness from the Staff and even neighbours. I will stay here anytime I can! If given an option, I would never stay here again. Cannot find anyone at the front desk three quarters of the time. I asked to use a coffee pot that was supposed to be clean and sanitized. It was disgusting, I had to soak it for 2 days, just to use it. Never black chunks coming out of it. Fire alarm has been beeping all night! The initial week price point was far out of line of what I was quoted, $639 instead of $475 just for the first week. Second week was $293. No one can give me an explanation as to why it was more expensive this week and next week. Myself and my 11 year old daughter became homeless and this was our only chance for now for shelter. See you photograph for what came out of the coffee pot. Absolutely disgusting, unacceptable! The first room I was given the kitchen faucet handle fell off in my hand. We moved rooms, the shower and sink we're disgusting! I had to go purchase my own cleaning supplies as they only clean the room when you move out or every other week. The odor of marijuana was absolutely everywhere,including the hallways and the elevators, even around the front desk. I will not stay here again, it was our only choice that this time. My 11-year-old does not need to be around the odor of marijuana! I am disabled, I asked for help to get my belongings up to my room. I ended up asking another guest here for assistance, in order to get my belongings. When asking for assistance the person at the front desk just pointed to a trolley and said use that. Rooms were very clean and the pillows were fluffy. The King bed I got was comfortable too. The gentleman that checked me in, I think his name was Emmanuel was professional and personable. This location is convenient. It is close to the Park Meadows Mall and within walking distance.
