Extended Stay America - Dallas - Richardson - Extended stay hotel in Richardson - 901 E Campbell Rd, USA

I chose this place because I have a tendency to stay at Extended Stay for business. I’m in the midst of a 26 day stay and so far, so good. The bed is comfortable enough and the room is good size. The laundry room works very well. The staff had been very helpful. My initial stay was supposed to be only 10 days, but my company extended it for an additional 16. My only complaint would be that I’d like a little more water pressure in the shower, but it at least gets the job done. So far an overall good experience. I’ll update when I leave

The front desk staff is awesome! The manager completely cares about his guests... This location is really clean, Nice size rooms, In a very safe environment.. with lots of businesses and restaurants near!

Do not stay here. I was accused of having a pit bull in my room. I do not have a dog. The people are incredibly rude. They did not have kitchen utensils and equipment and a light bulb was out. When I returned later in the evening to get the kitchen stuff and the light bulb I was told no because I had a pit bull. Unbelievable. This is an outright lie and they have zero evidence to prove up their insane accusations. The place smells horrible. They told me to leave. I did. This trashy group refuses to refund for the nights I already paid for. Don't risk your money or time and don't put up with the attitude. You'll have a better experience elsewhere. Because of the lie, I am challenging them to prove it. They can't. Second post - It was a big mistake paying in advance for five nights at Extended Stay America – Dallas – Richardson. In my opinion, you stole from me. You did not deliver. Worst place I’ve stayed in 55 years. “Hotel Management” - This incident cannot be explained away. I was discriminated against. While checking into your facility, your front desk accused me of having a pit bull. I don’t have a dog. They didn’t believe me, for some reason. Horrible attitude. “Talk to the manager”; after 10:00 AM? Cameras will disprove your accusations. Show me the video! How can empower your employees to make decisions like this? Explain to the readers why you refuse to refund my advance payment. Your employees told to me to leave. I did. Another nearby hotel was so much more respectful and fun to be around. The rooms were perfect for what I needed. The experience was wonderful. Read that part. You failed; your competitor won. A portion of your pathetic response was “We appreciate your review and will be taking the necessary steps to ensure the issues you described do not occur in the future.” You did not honor any commitment to fairness. You have to know this incident is bizarre and unexplainable, to say the least. Live up to common business sense and refund the advanced payment to me ASAP.

I’ve stayed at several Extended stay and this one is by far the nicest and safest feeling. I was in town for work and had my 96-year-old mother with me so it was very important that she was safe while I was out at. I had a one bedroom suite which was very roomy and nice and clean for a good price.

There was no hot water in the showers when I was there and management has been unresponsive about offering a partial refund for the inconvenience experienced. If this were a cheap option that would be one thing, but the price is comparable to much better hotels in the area. Avoid if you can.

Stay is good But waste management in most hotels is right way. There should be different segregation bins in ground floor for plastic bottles, metal bottles, paper based card boards and separate bin for Trash.

I had one amazing stay here at this location, the rooms are amazing and clean, they have everything you need around the whole hotel, from washing, cleaning services, parking and great co workers especially a lady by the name of Roselyn she is wonderful with a few more employees. This location is better than any other Extended Inn I’ve stayed in. All around 5 stars if i could give 10 I would.

Worst customers service experience I have ever had & dirty pull out bed smells like urine. Awful & front desk are not very approachable and the CSR was very rude. All my co workers left and went to Siegel select. I should have done the same next time I know. Anybody with experience at Siegel? Because I need a good place I book for 2 weeks at a time on business.
