If you're looking for a budget experience but a pleasant, comfortable stay this is an excellent option. Management does what they can to alleviate any issues you might have and the staff are cordial and respectful. The zoo is right nearby and so is the Embassy Suites if you're looking for a delicious meal. The biggest issue I had was other tenants not cleaning up after their animals but on occasion when I mentioned this, they were fairly prompt at going above and beyond and rectifying these situations. Good people in my opinion. I appreciate the accommodations for several months as I got on my feet--hugely clutch for my personal situation. Lastly, big should out to the front desk attendant Della!! She was always a beacon of kindness and epitomized customer service to a very high degree. Extended Stay better be taking care of this diamond in the rough!!

Mr ECrypto's review is fake. I know that because Marva the Manager made me write it. She literally made me hand her my phone via intimidating me. She then told me exactly what you're write. Later on a few weeks after that time a TV fell off the dresser because the drawers kept getting stuck. And she tried charging me $675 for a very old tv. She told me she wasn't going to charge me and then tried to sneak it in after she thought I was leaving the hotel. To check out. I went downstairs to confront her and the also the other manager. When they called the cops on me and had me removed from the building even though I peacefully walked out and won't return to my room to go to bed. They refused to give me my refund for the remaining days. And had me band from every single Extended Stay America on earth. 2 days later all the management that was rude and deceitful went to a different location and the new managers were well aware of what had happened to me and how I was wronged, but still refused to refund my stays for the next couple days in essence throwing me out on the streets and keeping my money. They shall be ashamed of themselves

Absolutely not. Was given an unmade room first. Went back and front desk was very nice and apologetic and gave us another room. It was late was the only reason we stayed. First 2 photos is our first room. And the other 3 are our “clean” 2nd room.

The amount of bugs in my room was insane, house keeping did not change my sheets and I had to constantly ask for towels. The time I was here there wasn’t a single day that all the washers and dryers were working I lost about 20 dollars because of faulty machines that haven’t been fixed.

We stayed here a week (11/9/23-11/16/23) and although the location is along the highway and can’t get a bit noisy w Ambulances etc (play white noise, seriously it’ll help you sleep period), and it was a bit confusing to get to the hotel (behind the Embassy & Boys and Girls club just for anyone who stays here and gets confused!) none of that mattered because of the service we received from the beyond kind people who helped us check-in and out, and during our stay. Any issues you have, they will address and fix to the best of their ability anytime of day because they also have a specific night attendant to address problems, help people with late night check-ins etc! Their grab and go breakfast was honestly the best, it was SO convenient with coffee, breakfast bars (literally the cutest), muffins etc and even stuff to make freaking oatmeal (like 4-5 different kinds!) and it was until 9:30am during the week which I’ve never had staying at a hotel before! The Assistant Manager (unfortunately didn’t catch her name, but was 100% the AM), and one of the ladies at check-in (Delia, Dellah or Dahlia, or some variation, I’m so sorry I’m not sure which) were beyond fantastic and were super kind and provided the most exceptional customer service our whole stay! Thank you so much again Extended Stay America!

Has washers and dryers that you use your room key to open so no worries about clothes being stolen! Room key to gain a access to building and rooms and security 📷 cameras full size fridge great mattress and great bathroom we are very happy with our unit!

I can't seriously think of anything negative to say. It's pound for pound the absolute best travel lodging experience I've had in my entire life. Meaning for the price you should expect half of what this place is. Or less. It is clean, spacious, safe, conveniently located, inviting and courteous staff, and in my opinion underpriced. I almost didn't go to it the first time because I figured it was going to be disgusting. I'm glad I gave it the shot. Cuz it's the only place in Columbia I stay when I'm in town now. Matter of fact I was looking for an apartment because I work in Columbia half of the time. And could not balance the reality that this is way less, when you consider utilities it's furnished you get all your hotel conveniences like free toilet paper shampoo all linens and towels are clean for you, and you even get a nice little convenient breakfast in the morning. Marva and Della are absolute classy wonderful employees that the company should be very grateful to have. I think I'm going to run out of characters or else I can sit here and talk good about this place all day long LOL.

Malfunctioning dress or broken the TV fell and broke I was charged for it even though the staff knew that the dresser was broken already. They threw me out on the streets and I was a missing person for 2 days because I have a traumatic brain injury and I get this orientated. I went 2 weeks without a TV before they build me $600 for it. I'm not paying the $600 for it and I want my money back from November 16th to December 6th. They haven't even returned my money for the nights that I wasn't there and I was missing roaming around the city of Columbia where the police were trying to find me and my family flew all the way down from New York because of your negligent staff.
