My experience: Checked in and immediately had to ask for a different room because three of the lights didn't work and it smelled awful. The pictures here is the room I had to accept. The only reason I'm sleeping here is because the sheets and towels smell clean. Everything else is grimy, musty, and stained. I asked for a do not disturb door tag and management said they don't provide those because management has to do a visual walkthrough daily. What? I've stayed in extended stays before and have never heard of this. Is this a halfway home? I don't need to be monitored during my two night stay. Breakfast is a dry cafeteria muffin. I went to grab a packet of oatmeal (that you have to heat up in a cup because they don't provide bowls) and saw there was a price tag for the oatmeal. I do not recommend this place to anyone. Go spend 100/night somewhere that has a little more pride and dignity in their services and cleanliness. I want my money back. Gross.

Rooms are horribly outdated and the bedding is uncomfortable. The free breakfast is grab and go, which I guess is fine for people who only need coffee and a muffin before work. Definitely intended for extended stays more-so than a vacation, since you need to be bring your own supplies to make it tolerable. They do offer kitchen amenities, and there are lots of places nearby if you need to buy anything. If I'd looked at the Google reviews before booking, I would have been better prepared, but the official website was a little misleading. Would not stay again without packing properly, but I'm sure people who are used to living in a hotel would find it very accommodating.

We entered after 10 pm and were not sure what to do with no one at the desk. After searching we found a modem-like box with a label to press a button. The lady who checked us in was kind. Knowing ahead of time that we would need sheets for the sofa bed we asked and she accommodated quickly. After arriving in our room, we encountered some rather disturbing things as you can see in the photos provided. I always check for cleanliness and have a history of being the person cleaning and inspecting a cottage quite regularly for guests. The sofa bed protector was so filthy with who knows what on it. I called the desk for a replacement protector and explained the situation. This was the worst thing of all. The base of the toilet had not just dust but also pubic hair and the bathroom floor was not cleaned. The curtains could use some mending and we aren't sure what fluids are splashed on the ceiling! The shelf in the closet is being held by a screw, the other screw is not secured in the wall. The recliner has a four-inch tear on the seat and it appears that someone may have smoked in the room with cigarette burns on the table. No bedbugs and that's good. I'm not sure how long it takes to get a replacement bed cover. They offer coffee and drinks with a few snacks in the morning, no breakfast.

Look at Abilene Vickers photos, that is what our bed looked like too) Staff: They where super nice Rooms: Good: No Cig smell Good: Parking was easy Good: AC unit was on so we came to a nice cool room. Bad - A huge stain on the pullout sofa, it was at least 8x20 and it looked like red something(not blood) but it was gross. - The original sofa sheet was on the bed which means the cleaning crew didn't prep the room. - Draws where filthy, we just left everything in our bags - Sticky residue found on floor by lamp - Toilet didn't flush probally when we arrived. Maintenance appeared 30 min later but the issue was a bad water drain that was stuck - Bathtub was beyond gross and clearly not maintened as you can see the porcelin coming through We just stayed the night for a concert and ran out at 7am. No one wanted to stay or enjoy the town. Hey Mgmt, don't lie to people just fix it

The staff was incredibly friendly and accommodating, even though there is no daily housekeeping service. The grab-and-go breakfast was perfect for me to quickly grab a coffee and muffin before heading out for the day.|The location was ideal - close to major highways, restaurants, and shopping. The reasonable nightly rate made this an excellent value compared to pricier hotels in the area.

Nice hotel with a great location right off I-70 and Stadium. Everything was a short drive away. There is a community park across the street where you can walk your dog. The hotel itself is pretty basic with limited parking, but had everything that we needed for a one night stay. The rooms were clean and the staff were very friendly and wanted to help. Like so many hotels they do charge for pets.

I recently reserved a two-week stay at Extended Stay, and after spending one week here, I'm happy to report that my experience has been quite positive. One of the highlights has been the warm welcome I received from Mr. Krushang, a member of the hotel staff. Upon my arrival, he graciously accommodated my request to view a few different hotel suites before making my final decision. Additionally, he kindly gave me a tour of the facilities, including the gym. When I needed cookware and utensils for my suite, Mr. Krushang promptly delivered everything I required within just 10 minutes. His attentive service has truly enhanced my stay here.

PROS: -front desk staff was very friendly, nice and welcoming -beds appeared to be clean and were not uncomfortable -price per night was less expensive than other nearby options -good location -large parking lot CONS: -floors were dirty and sticky -counters & tables top surfaces looked to be wiped down, but all of the handles/knobs and faces of cabinets, drawers, doors etc were dirty -refrigerator(full size) was not cleaned...something was spilled all over inside of it and the handles were filthy -several of the electrical outlets did not work -room was noisy: people(kids? animals?) above were running around and it sounded like they were having a parkour competition above us both days we were there This did not matter to me, but if you are looking for free breakfast with your stay, there was only the option of prepackaged muffins. I usually stay at a couple of different hotel chains when in town, but rooms were booked and my options were limited. I would not choose to stay here as my first choice, but it served my purposes for this short trip.
