Location was not bad but I wouldn't recommend this hotel. I don't travel a ton but I've only stayed in one other place that was this disappointing. First there are cockroaches. Yes bugs! I took a shower and used the towel to dry the floor. The towel turned black where my feet were pressing it to the floor. I then decided to see how dirty the floor was in the rest of the room. Between the beds I used a hand towel to wipe the floor and again the white towel turned black.

The staff wasn't super friendly but I had no issues with them. The room was nice enough but it was missing a few things that in my opinion are needed to meet the bare minimum for comfort. #1 no blanket, no comforter, no bedspread. Nothing to weight down the sheets or provide warmth. #2 no ice in the building , not even ice trays for an extended stay. I drank warm water, warm soda, and warm white wine. It was not pleasant! #3 the pillows were flat. I used every one and still needed more. I don't know what I would have done if I had been traveling with someone. Lastly, no plug for the bath. I wasn't looking to soak in a economy motel but it would have been nice to be able to shave my legs. If you're driving and can bring these things with you then you should have no trouble here. If you're flying I'd spend a little extra on a nicer place.

Hotel is very dirty and has a horrible smell throughout the entire place, hallways, elevator, and rooms all smell. I had to switch rooms because the stench kept me from sleeping. The desk clerk was very rude as soon as we arrived. We tried to engage in small talk with him while he checked us in and we asked him if he was Indian, as we have many Indian friends and we wanted to find some common ground to break the ice. He immediately got defensive and said he is not a citizen and he will be a citizen in 3 years. He’s working on it. Lol I can assure you his citizenship was not in question. His name was Sohar or Somar, and he was very rude. I assured him that we are Christian’s and have good hearts and in no way did we have any bad intentions. He continued to check us in with a scowl on his face and not once did he smile. At the same time an older gentleman came to the desk to ask for help charging his phone, as none of the rooms had charging ports. Which is common in most hotels/motels today. Even if it’s just a small port by the lamp. Mr. Somar/Sohar immediately scolded the elderly man and told him there’s nothing he can do for him, he has to bring his own charger. That’s when I realized it was not just me he was being rude to, he’s rude to ALL his guests! I gave the elderly many own charger to use, while the desk attendant just stood there with the rudest display of character all the while wearing a name tag that read…please tell me how I can help you. The biggest lie! I will never return to this hotel and no one should either. Run and run fast because this hotel is just plain hell and should be shut down. I don’t even understand how they are still in business.

NOT PET FRIENDLY booked a room for a week you have to pre pay. On the third day someone saw my cat in the window and the manager showed up at my door told me to leave immediately or the police would be called and no credit issued. Over a cat. Lucky to find another room on short notice. Very inconvenient and they still have not credited my account four days rent after several calls. DON'T TRUST THESE PEOPLE !

I am here for 4 nights. As I walked in the room, it's not clean. The refrigerator and stove has dirt on them. The shower isn't clean; there were buggers. After I arrived in the room at 10p, to cancel housekeeping and immediately request for a clean blanket and new towels since there was a stains on the blanket (see picture). I was asked to wait in the lobby by Amy to wait in the lobby, I waited for 10 minutes. I requested to be notified once the blanket was ready. At 11:30p, I called the front desk and a man stated that there went any clean sheets or blankets, but he will take the used towels, although I explained the issue. I let Amy know I was keeping note of everything. I will keep this review up to date with additional updates if anything occurs.

There are bugs in the room, the shower and sink has no drain. The bathtub was dirty and was stained with black streaks, and the shower head was making a squeaky sound. The beds in my room both had a couple stains on them too. Also there was barely anything to eat at breakfast, just a bunch of snacks and some instant drinks/oatmeal.

Absolutely horrendous. Smells in the hallway. Don’t have any extra pillows to give the pillows are like sleeping on a feather. Was not very tentative. The room is dirty. There’s a big handprint on the cabinet. towels that are dirty as well.

So the one good thing about the hotel was that the night manager was very polite and helpful. I got here around 1 something in the morning from my flight and once I got here I checked into my room and seen that the sheets on the bed had stains on them, the bathroom was dirty with stains in the tub and on the counter on top of that the room had a very bad smell to it. You would think for the $400 I spent they would’ve at least cleaned up the room or something.
