Positive: The service was friendly, knowledgeable, and very helpful. The room was immaculate. When we needed extra items, they were there and helped. Would recommend this hotel for anyone who travels. Negative: Well I wish the free breakfast was what I was use to. Only muffins, breakfast bars, and oatmeal. Only hot water and only one kind of coffee (no decaf). Some people don?t stay for a long time and would like a better option for US travelers.

I am looking for a place to stay for 2 to 3 days while we're having work done on the house. I looked up this location and just showed up here to see a room. I wanted to see how easy it would be for my mom to move around with her walker. Loren at the front desk showed me a room and checked for availability at other locations. While I was there a few of the guests came by and he greeted them by name. There is a good atmosphere at this location!

I was left in a pinch by Airbnb without a place to stay. Extended Stay America were fantastic about helping me find just what I needed. The staff were super friendly and incredibly helpful. The stay was relaxing and the location is amazing. So much to do so close. They even have the best grocery store I have ever seen right next door. I cannot wait to return again. Thank you for everything.

Good hotel with best price offered if you stay for long duration. Kitchen in room with utensils is added advantage, Biggest advantage is the nearby woodman marketplace, you can buy groceries and others stuff. So it's value for money, just go for it. Only negative thing is it do not have canteen.

Positive: The staff were nice Negative: My last day there I noticed the side of the bed frame cover had a ton of what looked like mold on it. I took a picture.

Nice quiet location. Well lit parking. Friendly staff. Laundromat on lower floor. Nice clean rooms, beds feel good. Have free internet but can upgrade to faster speeds for a few bucks more. No issues with any of the kitchen appliances. Cabinets in some rooms a bit banged up.
