I recently stayed at Extended Stay America and had a wonderful experience. I want to give a special shoutout to Erin at the reception. She was incredibly polite, dedicated, and attentive, making sure I had everything I needed throughout my stay. Her warm and professional demeanor truly made me feel welcome, and it’s clear that the hotel is lucky to have someone like her on the team. The hotel itself was also clean and comfortable, providing a great environment for a relaxing stay. I highly recommend Extended Stay America for anyone looking for a pleasant and hassle-free stay. Thank you, Erin, and the entire team, for making my visit so enjoyable!

Very nice hotel for the facilities. Room is modern, clean and up to date. Room is designed for "Extended Stay", large refrigerator, microwave, two burner cook top, dish washer, cabinets, sink. However, no dishes or utensils. Short stay amenities are another story. No in room coffee or tea. No ice machines. Refrigerator has ice maker (very slow). "Breakfast" grab and go is a joke... packaged oatmeal, tiny sweet muffins and some kind of sweet bar. Coffee is good in the "breakfast" area. You may or may not find someone to check you in or ask questions of. The lady seemed "put out" to come to the front. I would stay here again if I were planning to stay like a week or more... certainly not for a one or two nighter.

Economical hotel, decent value. Rooms are comfortable (once you get ac adjusted) and appear to be clean. I will complain about the way this hotel makes the bed. It's short sheetfed. I had to pull all of bedding out from the bottom of the mattress just to pull covers to our liking. Check in staff was very soft spoken and hard to hear. Check out staff much better. Free breakfast is coffee and granola bars.

Juan and his staff are very attentive. This hotel is extremely clean and well maintained. My wife and I stayed during the month of May during the tornado hit. And his night manager was a perfect example of calm and professional during a stressful event. All in all I recommend this hotel great experience.

This was the first time we stayed at an extended America and didn’t know what to expect. We were very pleasantly surprised. The rooms were as clean as anywhere had ever seen. Their rooms were very large, and had a complete kitchen. Including a dishwasher. We will definitely consider them again next time we’re in the area.

Just wanted a good night's sleep with coffee and a little breakfast before an early start...... Should have paused at the amount of bird excrement by the front entrance and the smell, thats on me. No coffee pot, dishes, not even a glass in the room. Tried to call front desk...phone doesn't work....go down stairs to desk, RING ON THE PHONE there to get someone. They answered and state...you have to sign for any thing you need and agree to bring it all back at check out or be charged $225. Ok,I agree, employee comes ot and gives me coffee pot and dishes. No coffee found on site....thank God I had emergency instant in my purse! Bed leaves a lot to be desired...wish I had my air mattress in my purse too! No extra blankets or pillows. Got a call around 10pm, asking if we had what we needed. I was in no mood to go back down for anything else. Tried to find the grab and go breakfast they said they have........NOPE NOT EVEN COFFEE! Went to return my items and again Noone there....this is 8am. Call on front desk phone, speak with staff who instructed me to leave everything on desk......ok. All I know is I'm not going to pay for it if someone else takes it from the desk.... $125. For this??!!!!! Taking a hard pass next time... Expected better from the Hilton brand.

Positive: The best thing about the hotel, after, addressing the lack of water flow in the shower, with who was a manager, was them replacing the showerhead with something that would give you more water pressure than that feeling like you were being urinated on. Negative: They overall experience seemed to be that of living in a halfway house for a week while on business. Mini rules, no housekeeping, needing to change your own linens if you wanted them cleaned. Would not stay again. Negative: ""

Basic. If u want clean towels or sheets, you bring your dirty linen to the desk and they trade it out, then u make the bed. There's a dishwasher....but you have to sign out dishes at the desk. No coffee maker in the room, unless you get one from the desk. Everything is just, well, basic. There's a bed - sleep. Boom.
