Came from a 7 hour drive from Colorado, just wanted to get a nice clean room for me and my lady plus a friend next door. Rooms looked like they have never been cleaned for days and found bugs all over… Sheets had smeared boogers it was disgusting. Smelt like marijuana Would’ve have liked a refund back but we wanted to rest more it was late.

As I lay here in my sweats, long sleeve top, and socks my thoughts are with my niece who is supposed to be staying here throughout the summer on an internship. This place reminds me of books and movies where folks come and hang out for a quick high and a shower, or a fly by night worker. The room I'm in is horrible. While spraying down the bedding, I found so much hair on the blanket, the spread is stained with who knows, hair is on freshly cleaned towels. Doesn't smell like the shower drainage system is working. I can't even sleep. The tenants are scary, hanging out their rooms, doors opened, either drinking, smoking, toking, whatever. Then again, I shouldn't be so harsh because this may be their home. I've already made reservations elsewhere. I hope they will honor my abrupt departure and refund my second night. I hope that the University will find lodging elsewhere for these students arriving Sunday because this is not a safe, sanitary location. This motel is nothing like the pictures. Don't be fooled. I say motel because room access is from the outside. That should give anyone reading this an idea of what to expect. I'm sorry, I just have to be honest.

Positive: Price point was good. Negative: lobby was small and odd. going to my room, had very odd chap park next to me who was playing heavy metal music in his car, with little regard to others. Evidently he was meeting up with his pot smoking buddies who had a room at the hotel.

Previous nights were just not ideal lets just say that... So many roaches there! The walls are paper thin. You can hear everything and everyone and their mommas. The front desk guy with the bald should be fired for making up stories with absolutely no proof. Denied me a room basically canceling my booking. Then fraudulently charged my card later that night even though I chose the option to pay at property (I didn't) he said because he didn't rent to the room out blaming me for not cancelling my room. I got my money back. But nevertheless not a good experience AT ALL!

Roaches, unclean sheets (stains and possible pubic hair). Honestly after an 11 hour drive, we have no energy to complain or attempt to move. The room smells of old curry that has gone bad. Luckily for us we are coming back from being in a cabin for a week. We have extra camping blankets and our own pillows. If you are reading this before booking your stay... DO NOT STAY HERE! P.S. The sink drain stopped is closed and the tab to open it, is attached to nothing... Killed one roach upon walking in another ran and hid behind the dresser the TV is on. The walls are super thin and people around us are moving furniture or something just as loud.

Planned to stay for a week and left after one night. The room was very dirty (long hair everywhere, bad smell, urine on bathroom floor, cockroaches in fridge and room). Informed staff of the conditions when checking out early and they stated I was not the first to have this experience and they will talk to housekeeping... beware!

I’m writing this review after a 6.5 hour drive, which was the first leg of a cross-country move. All we wanted was to relax and have fresh sheets and a clean room before we continue on tomorrow. If it wasn’t so late and I didn’t have an elderly relative with me, I would absolutely be checking out of this place and finding lodging elsewhere. The downtown hotels were at a similar price point, but we chose this, simply because it was close to a long distance friend that we stopped to see. The last thing I expected was to check in to a room that smells like stale cigarette smoke, has bugs, roaches, stained carpets, dirty toilet, sticky surfaces, and gum and dirt all around the nightstand. The walls are also paper thin, and you can hear everything, and I mean, e v e r y t h i n g. The only reframing quality of this hotel is the lovely staffer at the front desk. He is kind and helpful and deserves to work at a better joint than this.

Do not recommend staying at this hotel came in and it was a pet room smell for a whole week. There was poop stains on the toilet. A lot of roaches in the bathroom didn’t provide toilet toilet paper my boyfriends PS five remote came up missing out of nowhere no service even if you stay there for a week the breakfast muffins still and expired You have to pay for phone calls and upgraded Wi-Fi. That is not even high speed when you pay for it.

Just in town for a couple nights to visit with our rep and help with some business calls. I honestly wouldn’t have stayed here except my coworker made the reservations. I’m not familiar with the brand but he likes it and I have to agree. I’ve s
